Credit Cards & Other Info: When using a credit card, we are charged 3% processing and therefore the customer utilizing a charge card is billed the 3%. We will provide some packing materials and will have a hand truck available for use on the premises. You are responsible for removal/loading as help is tied up with parking and will be limited. Saturday September 14 (8am-4pm) & Sunday September 15, (1pm to 4pm) just off Cherokee Blvd. where we will be liquidating local TV personality, “Chef Walter’s” estate items and the memorabilia and eclectic variety accumulated over the years by he and his late wife, Anne, through travels around the world including Asian themed items, art, carvings, Jade and more and others. Chef Walter was a executive member of the 1982 World’s Fair Knoxville Team Committee responsible for Energy Expo 1982 and making the event in Knoxville a wonderful experience. A lot of WF memorabilia, political photos and more. Everything sells from that on the walls to the floors to the outdoors on the day of the sale. Items from 3 generations 1920’s forward. Includes family vintage photos. Come see it all and be surprised! Start-A-Pile Discount both days as “this sale is intended to move all the merchandise”. Checkout is by the street. You are responsible for packing of your sale items after you pay. We have tables/shelving and space available before the checkout to move to for Start-A-Pile pricing. Remember that you can help us by timely having all items available to be seen so a Start-APile can be given. Some papers, wrap, boxes, bags are available for your use while it lasts. If handicapped, ask/call ahead to 865-256-9399 about accommodations when available for entering/exiting as steps are present for basement access. Tickets: To reserve your place in line for the 8 o’clock opening on Saturday. Generally, most of the time, tickets are located at the driveway entrance attached to an orange traffic cone (most of the time) or handed out by one of the staff one hour before opening time. For this sale, they will be by the road on Taliluna Ave. next to the units parking entrance on the orange cone. Sunday’s tickets will be available at Noon (1 hour before start time of 1:00 p.m.)
