**** IMPORTANCE NOTICE - PLEASE READ: After some recent issues, we have some new rules for how our sales will be conducted. Street numbers will NOT be honored - only numbers given out by Estate Solutions staff will be valid. Andy will be handing out numbers the morning of the sale. When in line, please do not ask shoppers ahead of you in line to get items for you. This is unfair to other shoppers. Also, do not place sticky notes with your name or sold tags on items. We use a 2 card system (top card with price, bottom card says SOLD) for items too large or fragile to be carried out. If the item has 2 cards taped to it - pull the top card that has the price on it and find a worker to put your name and phone number on the bottom card (SOLD card). If the top card is gone and only the SOLD card remains, then someone has claimed that item. Please do not pull a card unless you are positive you want to buy it. If it is an item without cards, then you will have carry it with you or you can take it outside and put it in the "Hold Pile" area. We appreciate your patience and cooperation. Thanks! ****

SALE HOURS: The tag sale will be Friday, and Saturday, June 5th and 6th. We will start selling jewelry and showcase items at 8:00am on Friday. The house will be open 9:00am-5:00pm. Saturday will be 9:00am-3:00pm.  Items in the online auction will be available to preview at the tag sale on Friday. The online auction will end Friday evening starting at 8:00pm. Auction payment and pick up will be on Saturday between 8:00am-12:00pm. The tag sale will be Half Price on Saturday.
