• Antique Maple Twin Bed Frame with Sealy Mattress Set in lovely condition. It has turned legs and spindles with carved, curved corners on the headboard and footboard. Honey color finish with a little bit of wear that makes it glow. The mattress is clean. 39" wide x 39" tall.

• Pretty Electrified Oil Lamp with milk glass shade in good working condition. 22" tall. It has adjustable shade brackets which make us think the shade is not the original and it could hold a bigger one.
• Antique Marble Top Cabinet with two drawers over two doors.  Has all the orginal hardware and detailing. The doors and drawers have Burl Panels in the center and there is beaded molding down the sides and front. 32" wide x 15" deep x 28 1/2" tall sitting on casters.
• Antique Davenport Desk/Writing table with four drawers on the side and slanted front for letter writing. The top lifts up for storage. Fine detailing on the side braces and burl paneling on the front and sides.  It has the original key for the doors. 24 1/2" wide x 23.5" deep x 34" tall.
• Adorable Maple Magazine Rack with three bars and three pockets on each side. Very sturdy condition with  nice finish. 22" wide x 10.5" deep x 29" tall.

• Elegant Antique Arm Chair with matching Footstool. The chair has sage upholstery in very good clean condition. It has outward scrolled arms and carved, curved feet. The footstool is actually a different style though it has been upholstered to match the chair. The footstool sits on casters and has geometric designs. 35" wide x 32" deep x 40" tall. • Sweet Antique Quilt Rack with straight round spindles and carved curved top. It has moderate wear to the finish. 24" wide x 29" tall.
• Cherry Queen Bed Headboard and Frame with Mattress, Box Spring and memory foam topper, in very good overall condition. The headboard has three panels of pressed cane and a slight domed top. In good sturdy condition with some wear to the finish. The mattress set is older and clean. The topper is newer and clean. The headboard is 65" wide and 44" tall.
• Gorgeous Ethan Allen Wardrobe in soild cherry with two doors over two drawers. When you open the two doors there are two linen drawers and two hat compartments. The doors have sliding metal braces to keep them from opening too far. Very well kept piece in beautiful condition. 42" wide x 20" deep x 58" tall.
• Matching Ethan Allen Chest with three drawers over four drawers. In good sturdy condition and made of soild Cherry. There are blemishes to the finish on the top center. 56" wide x 21" deep x 33" tall.
• Matching Ethan Allen Soild Cherry Nightstand with one drawer over two doors. In very good condition. 24.5" x 16" x 25.5".
• Antique Oriental Brass Lamp with white shade. It has a rounded square body with four different classic oriental scenes stamped inside, and comes with a brass finial in the shape of a Chinese Character. 28" tall overall. In great condition.
• Unusual Three Sided Table Lamp with Cabriole legs and a pleated cream colored shade. In good working condition. 56" tall.
• Antique Brass Student Type two light table lamp with oil container on the back. Good working condition. 20" tall.
• Gorgeous Gilt Framed Mirror. 22" x 26". The mirror itself has a beveled edge. The frame is deep and has designs of acorns and flowers.
• Unique Antique Eastlake Stand with Painter Pallete Medallions on the sides. It has a pedestal base with three carved legs. The top has a fixed center panel with two sides that open and are supported with chains. The whole top section rotates on the base. In overall good condition with light wear to the finish. 17" wide x 13" deep x 33" tall.
• Antique Yarn Winder in very good clean condition. It has a heavy curved base with four splayed legs. It has a box shaped center column that supports the round wooden pin that the round winding wheel rotates on. There is another mechanism inside the box that attaches to what looks like a clock hand and that is mounted outside next to the center of the winding wheel. It looks like it acts as a lock to keep the winder from spinning. 31" wide x 19" deep x 42" tall. In great condition.
• Antique Oak Eastlake Rocking chair with matching footstool. The rocker has a pretty carved frame and pediment, plus hip rests. It is finished with Cream color Upholstery.  the footstool has matching Upholstery and pretty carved feet. Very good sturdy condition. 19" wide x 24" deep x 33" tall.
• Windsor style rocking chair in good sturdy condition with a very dark finish. In good sturdy condition. 22" wide x 25" deep x 34" tall.
• Gentleman's 'Silent Butler' made of Wood and Brass. It has a heavy brass base; four wood sections that screw together in the center; and a hanger form that is capped with a Horse Head on the top. There is also a tray for your pocket contents, like jewelry and coins, plus a lateral bar for ties and belts, etc. Very good condition. 17" wide x 11" deep x 55" tall.
• Really Cool Desk Top Organizer Box with a black leather stripe down the top.  It has several divided sections and a clock on the inside. Good condition with a little dust. 29.5" wide x 5" x 3"
• Beautiful antique Hardwood Pie Safe wth Original Tin Panels inset in the doors. It has a drawer on the top that sits over the two doors. There are two shelves with plate grooves on the inside. It has a wooden door clasp. The sides and top are made out of single boards with great wood grain. 36.5" wide x 13.5" deep x 44.5" tall.
• Antique Eastlake Mantel Clock by Ingraham. In very good clean condition. Winds, runs, and chimes. It has a $250 repair ticket from 2002. Comes with the key and pendulum. The wood framing is gorgeous; there is a lot of wear to the dial. 14.5" wide x 5" deep x 20" tall.
• Sculptured Wool Runner with light green and pink accents. In good physical condition with just a little fuzziness along the edges. 32" wide x 10.6" long.
• Sculptured Wool Throw Rug in very good clean condition. It has an ornate Border with floral pattern in pinks, blues, and greens. The floral center medallion is in a cream field. 48" x 78" including the tassels.
• Lovely antique Oak Hall Tree with Eastlake accents and holes for an umbrella stand though it's missing the drip tray. There are four old cast metal coat hooks, although one is partially broken. There is a crack in the corner of the mirror, otherwise good and sturdy. 27" wide x 10"  deep x 75" tall.
• Fine Antique Mahogany Four Drawer Chest in good sturdy condition. The drawers are made with handcut dovetails and beautiful woodgrain on the front, along with the original handles. There is an inlay border between the drawers; although some pieces of this inlay are missing. There are a few scuffs and scrapes on the top that should clean up easily with some care. 43" wide x 21" deep x 39" tall.
• Adorable Antique Small Curio with hooks for wall mounting.  It has a couple of shelves inside. It is 14" wide x 9" deep x 18" tall. It has a simple hook closure on the side. Good sturdy condition with neat old glass.
• Oak Lateral Two Drawer Filing Cabinet with lock and key. Not laminate, sits on casters. 34" wide x 18" deep x 28" tall.
• Antique Wooden Curio with hardware to wall mount, or it can sit on the table top. It has a beautiful handle and newer style catch to keep the door shut. 20.5" wide x 6.5" deep x 23" tall. Good sturdy condition.
• Fabulous Antique Walnut or Mahogany Desk with a slanted front and two drawers in the base. Has elaborate dividers with an unusual lift up panel that reveals nine letter slots. Two side doors as well as one drawer with an open center. The writing surface has a piece of vinyl that has replaced the original leather. There is a key that works on at least a few of the locks. 41" wide x 30" deep x 60" tall.
• Pair of Victorian Brass Framed Mirrors. 8" x 20". They are both capped with a classical images of an Urn and two Dolphins. There are repeating medallions around the frame. The mirrors have beveled edges. They are held in place with a metal panel that screws in the back. They have the original bale for wall hanging. Great condition.
• Extraordinary Eastlake Folding Chair in very good condition. It has a lovely backrest with gingerbread accents. It has tapestry upholstery. You fold it by pressing the front legs back and then seat swings around. Unusual and very hard to find in working order.
• Vintage Singer Sewing Machine in a lovely Mahogany Cabinet with the original Seat. Model #AH748283. It comes with the cord and foot pedal. It powers on and runs. The table has tilt out drawer on the front with spare parts. It has the swing out support for the side table, as well. Very good condition.
• Trio of Baby Doll Furniture including an antique Brass Bed and two Victorian style Parlor Chairs. The bed comes with the doll bedding shown. The bed is 11" x 20". The larger chair Is 20" tall and 10" wide.
• Antique Portable Writing Desk with leather cover. It has two hinges: the one towards the back folds up and reveals the pen tray and inkwell. The inkwell has a working latch on the cover and original bottle inside. There is a side pocket for stamps. The front panel folds down to reveal the writing surface and the inner panel folds down again to reveal a space for paper storage. The leather cover is a bit rough, though the inside is one of the nicest we have seen.
• Vintage Table Lamp with ceramic base body and a shade that has faux wood grain. 29" tall.
• Antique Pine Three Drawer Chest in good overall condition. The top drawer needs one of the guide rail put back in place. It has Dovetail on the Drawers. The top and sides are made of just two boards and the wood grain is pretty. It has a few scuffs to the finish and it is in sturdy condition. 38.5" wide x 19" deep x 35" tall.
• Antique Handcarved Dough Bowl in great condition with no cracks. Nice and heavy. 22.5" long x 13" deep x 6" tall.
• Interesting Antique Ladder Back Stool with a woven rope seat. Very good sturdy condition. 15.5" x 15.5" x 36" tall.
• Fabulous White Italian Centerpiece signed Ardalt, Fruitta Bianca #5893. It is a Cornucopia filled with fruit. We found one loose leaf and one broken leaf. 15" x 10" x 18" tall.
• Wonderful Wooden Bookcase with Three separate Doors and three adjustable Shelves behind each door. It has a gorgeous carved Pediment and wide, slightly curved Side Rails that give it the look of Empire era furniture. The piece has old glass with a wavy feature. 63" wide x 15" deep x 57" tall.
• Antique Pine Drop Leaf Table with nice wood grain. 41.5" long x 25" wide with leaves down, 42" wide with the leaves up x 30" tall.
• Solid Oak Antique Animal Yoke. It has the handforged iron hooks for attaching your reins. In very good condition.
• Antique Pine Tabletop Lectern with a distressed finish. There is a prop that folds away at the base, so it can lay down flat or you can choose a couple of tilt angles. 11" deep x 18" wide x 8" tall with the maximum tilt.
• Antique Bridgeport Brass Company Searchlight Bicycle Oil Lamp Lantern that appears to be complete with burner and lenses. Might be missing the fill cap.
• Fine Queen Size Bed by Century, with pillow top mattress set, in good overall condition. The headboard has a unique finish that is a mix between pickling and distressed, in a peach hue color and with lots of carved accents. The mattress set is Golden Nights by Brothers Bedding. Headboard measures 61" wide x 52" tall.
• Matched Pair of Century Nightstands with same unique finish as the headboard. Two drawers and a pullout with brass pulls and handles. They are both in good overall condition. 27" wide x 18" deep x 24" tall.
• Matching Century Wardrobe with two doors on the front, and two drawers and an adjustable shelves inside. It has a removable back if you want to use for a TV or you can hang a clothing bar inside. There is plenty of real wood to support it. It has nice hardware and nice accents with super strong hinges. Built to last. 43" wide x 24" deep x 83" tall.
• Pretty End of Bed Bench painted like faux bamboo, with a pink cushion and pressed cane accents on the end. Very good clean condition. 42" long x 17.5" deep x 28" tall.
• Modern Computer Desk with Printer/Storage Cabinet. It is a laminate though very good and clean. Office chair included.
• Painted Bombay Three Drawer Chest with painted flowers and decorations. In very good clean condition, except for a small scuff across the top.  33" wide x 16" deep x 27" tall.
• Pair of Gorgeous Lamps with ceramic base. The colors are salmon, blues, and pink. They both have Silk Shades in good condition. Marked R304 on the bottom. 31" tall.
• Painted Side Table with a bow front. The body has one drawer and one door. Good condition with a few scuffs. 14" wide x 18" deep x 25" tall.
• Ethan Allen Cherry Seven Drawer Lingerie Chest that matches the earlier bedroom items. Top drawer has a belt divider. 23" wide x 17" deep x 52" tall. In very good condition, except for a few marks on the top which look like they will clean off.
• Pretty Cherry Jewelry Box with three drawers and a raise up lid.  It has two tiers inside. Each drawer has dividers and ring slots. In good condition except for a few scuffs. 14" x 9" x 10" tall.
• Antique Solid Oak Cabinet with two doors on the top and two drawers and a drop down door underneath. It has porcelain hardware and wooden closures. It is in seriously solid condition. 36" wide x 13" deep x 45" tall.
• Solid Oak Base Cabinet with two doors over two drawers. In very good condition. The drawers have porcelain handles and the doors cover one large cabinet that has a bracket for a shelf though we do not have a shelf. 45" wide x 18" deep x 35" tall. The last photo shows this cabient and the one in the previous lot being used together, though we do not think they are original to one another.
• Three Piece Patio Set with two arm chairs and matching glass top coffee table. There are grapes and leaves in the design and come with striped cushions. All in very good condition, other than the glass needing to be cleaned.  The seat cushions are by Allen & Roth. The cushions have been kept inside and are in good condition.
• Handcarved and Painted "Burt the Butler" signed by JA Campbell 1985 and "Mimi the Maid" by JA Campbell 1986. About 36" tall, good condition.
• Conover Grand Piano by Aeolian Company of New York. It is in a fine mahogany case and comes with an attractive matching bench. The keys are in good condition and seems to be in tune. It is a model 17P. We found the card for a piano tuner, which is usually a sign that the instrument has been well kept. It is on casters. 55" side to side across the keyboard, 55" long, and 39" tall. There are a few scrapes on the rounded end.  Come check it out and play it on Preview Day, July 10th!
• Old Oriental Carpet with brilliant color though a lot of wear. It has been in foyer and seen a lot of traffic, so there are a lot of thin spots, though no holes or tears. 6 '7" x 11'.
• Beautiful Sculptured Rug with roses, fresh from the cleaners. In very good condition. Shades of cream, green, salmon, and pink. 6' x 9'.
• Handmade Elevation Drawing of a home with a very intriguing 1950's appearance. Housed in a mahogany frame with a gold inner border. 21" x 30". In very good condition.
• Two Vintage Prints from La Mode Illustree in antique mahogany frames in very good condition. Both images show beautifully dressed French Women from long ago. 14" x 16"
• Two Reproduction Prints of European countryside scenes. In matched frames. 14" x 18". Good condition with a few chips to the frame.
• Matched Floral Prints, signed, numbered, and framed. They are both by Charles Towle. #217 of 500. Beautifully matted and housed in gilt frames. 18" x 22".
• Signed Numbered & Framed Print of a Home in the snow. 'The Wonderland Hotel' of Gatlinburg. Signed Philip Kennedy bottom right. #21 of 500. Single matted in an oak frame. 20" x 28".

• Trio of "The Old Market House" Prints by BJ Clark. The larger one is signed bottom right, #14 of 750. It measures 26" x 31" and is single matted in wooden frame. There is also an 8" x 10" print in a 14" x 16" frame and a post card with artist information.
• Gorgeous Genuine Persian Wool Heriz Rug, circa 1900, with Appraisal from Persian Galleries for $2500. In very good condition, 3' 1" x 4' 6" with colors in Rust and Navy. See photo of appraisal for additional details.

• Very Fine Genuine Persian Wool Mahal Rug from Iran, circa 1900, in very good overall condition, and with appraisal from Persian Galleries for $18,500.  Measures 9' 4" x 12' 5" and colors in Rust and Beige.  See photo of appraisal for other details.  
• Genuine Persian Wood Heriz Rug from Iran, circa 1890, in very good condition 7' 10" x 10' 7", with colors in Rust and Blue.  Comes with appraisal from Persian Galleries for $18.500!  This one was under a dining table and received little wear in recent years.  See photo of appraisal for other details.
• Magnificent Genuine Persian Wool Runner with appraisal from Persian Galleries for $14,900. Measures 2' 7" x 23' 10".   It was installed on the steps shown but has since been removed and rolled up.  We are including the hardware that held it to the steps although it is not pictured.  It received light use on the stairs and is in good clean condition overall.    Very nice and yes, it realyl is almost twenty-four feet long!  (The appraisal will be available at the sale but we didn't have a photo)
• Beautiful Lot of Noritake Nippon China with several unsual pieces. Five dinner plates, 16 2-handled Bouillon cups with 10 Saucers, 2 Demitasse Cups with 3 Saucers, 10 Eggs Cups, Creamer and Sugar, and Covered Butter. Most pieces in good shape, a handful with chips.
• Antique Silverplate Cruet Set with all the correct bottles and tops. The stand has a pretty flower stamped in the rotating holder tray and more ornate patterns in the handle. The bottles have stoppers and lids, and are in good condition except one which has oxidation on the lid.
• Hand Blown Glass Pitcher with pretty etching on the side and with a good fitting lid. All in good condition with no chips or cracks. 9.5" tall
• Matched Pair of Shannon Crystal Biscuit Dishes. They have handles on the end and a scalloped centers. 12.5" long. Excellent condition.
• Goofus Glass Rose Bowl in good condition with good overall paint. 9.25" diameter.
• Mid Century Tumblers Caddy. The Tumblers are decorated with Harps and with gold and a green background. The caddy is a heavy metal wire with mahogany handles. Light wear to gold rims, though no chips or cracks.
• Mid Century Chip and Dip Dish with a 10.5" Round Chip Bowl with a wire bracket that holds a small 5" Dip Bowl on edge. The gold decoration has images of Gibraltar.
• Pretty Hand Painted Coffee Set with Rose Pattern, by Bold (or Gold?) China from Occupied Japan.  Comes with Coffee Pot, six cups, two saucers and a sugar dish that has a broken handle.
• Two Drawer Lateral File by Miller Desk in very good condition. It is made of high quality pressed wood with mahogany finish and real wood trim on top. There are a few scuffs to the laminate. 38.5" wide, 22" deep, and 30" tall.
• Matched Pair of Pickle Jars with Silverplate Caddy and tongs. 9" wide x 9" tall. In very good condition.

• Demilune Oak Table with a single drop leaf and gate leg. 40" diameter or 40" x 20" with the leaf down. In very nice solid condition with a few scuffs to the natural finish.
• Very Interesting Tilt Top Table. It sits on a three footed base with casters and an eight sided column in the middle. The table top measures 33" diameter x 27" tall. There is handle release on the bottom side that allows the table to swing up vertically, so it can be tucked away to take up less space. There is one 11" split in the table top that could be repaired and the tilt mechanism needs a pin.
• Large Sculptured Area Rug with floral pattern and floral medallion in the middle. The color is beige-gray. 8'10" x 12'6", including the tassels. Discoloration in spots, though not heavy wear.

• Unusual Drop Leaf Farm Table with two benches. It appears to be soild mahogany with good finish. Table is 18" wide with both sides down and 32" both sides up x 57" long x 29" tall. The benches go with the table since the legs have the same angle as the table legs, but we think they are actually  older than the table.
• Rare Antique Dutch Spice Container with a lovely solid wood frame and ceramic drawers with the spice name written in Dutch. There are spots for coffee, tea, rice, saffron, etc (all with Dutch spelling). There is also a small door in the center that has two small shelves with holes in them for holding spice containers. 29" wide x 6" deep x 15" tall.
• Beautiful Oak Tray on a Tall Stand. The tray has handles on all four sides and measures 27" x 18". It is sitting on a tall X shaped stand with claw straps across the top. They are made with different woods, so they are not original to one another. 40" tall.
