Please bring help to move and/or load heavy items and furniture. We will not be able to help move and or load your treasures.
We will always try to help pack your purchases but during peak times, you will need to be prepared to pack your purchases. We will have some bags, boxes and packing materials available but we do often run out. We may not have enough boxes/bags etc.

Rocky Top Treasures is very excited to bring you this estate sale. 
We will open promptly at 9am on Thursday, the 13th. We will start handing out numbers at 8am and yes, we will honor street numbers.

This is a 2 story farmhouse with a 6 bay garage and is packed from wall to wall. 
The furniture in this home is fabulous. Most all of the furniture would be considered primitive or Early Americana but not all. 
There are also several couches and upholstered chairs. 
The front porch is packed with outdoor furniture, old and new wicker, outdoor decor and a large Rubbermaid storage bin.
 

There are many amazing collections in this estate. 
The beer/wine/liquor collectibles could decorate several breweries. 
There are collections of pewter, copper, pottery, blue willow, staffordshire, primitives, Pennsylvania Dutch, Tinware, Bottles, Signs, Pipes, Knives, books, records, candlesticks, candy/cookie/butter molds, duck decoys, prints of every kind and more. 

In addition to full collections,  this estate has beautiful rugs, lamps, mirrors, unique decor, linens and clothing. (Men’s and Women’s)

Honestly this Estate is absolutely packed.

Many electronics, including several flat screen televisions and a lot of Bose sound equipment.  Stereo equipment, radios, clocks and more.

We will do our best to help everyone as quickly as we can . Please be patient during busy times. We ask that you move carefully throughout the house and garage (many breakable items) and to be courteous to your fellow shoppers.

We also ask that after opening, please do not carry around items unless you are certain that you want to purchase these items. Many times, another customer could be looking for the one thing that you decide not to purchase. We will gladly hold items for you at checkout area. 

Again, please bring help to move/load furniture or heavy items. We do not have the staff to help with that.
