IMPORTANT NOTICE: In response to the COVID-19 recommendations, we will limit access in the home to 10 people in the upper level and 7 people in the garage/basement at a time. Masks will be required. Due to health precautions and also the fact that the bathrooms have lots of items for sale in them, we will not have public restrooms available at this sale.
 
We respectfully ask our customers to use social distancing while shopping in the home by allowing at least 6 ft. of space between each person. We will also observe a 6 ft. distance in the line waiting to enter the home.

Estate Solutions is having a FUN sale on Friday and Saturday, May 15th and 16th. This home is located right off John Sevier Hwy and Chapman Hwy in South Knoxville. It has 2 levels full of goodies! Furniture, lots of great kitchenware, jewelry, nice clothing (men's size XL, women's size petite-M), electronics, books, home decor, Christmas items, children's clothing and toys, a garage packed with great tools and other garage items, and much much more! There will be many more items not in the photos.

SALE HOURS: The tag sale will be Friday, and Saturday, May 15th and 16th. Friday will be 8:00am-2:00pm and Saturday will be 8:00am-12:00pm. Items in the online auction will be available to preview at the tag sale on Friday. The online auction will end Friday evening starting at 8:00pm. Auction payment and pick up will be on Saturday between 8:00am-12:00pm. The tag sale will be Half Price on Saturday.
