Seven Seas will conduct a Hybrid Estate Sale over the weekend of September 3-4, to liquidate the contents of a packed home on the lake in the Montlake area of South Knoxville. The sale has an awesome 240 Lot Online Auction and a lovely, Gigantic Sale in the home, too.  Access to auction preview and tag sale day is by appointment.

1. King Size Bed with Cherry Headboard with Mattress, Box Springs & Blue Bedding. The mattress is a pillow top by Elizabeth Jordan Collection. Mattress is clean condition. Headboard is 80" wide x 41" tall.
2. Oreck XL2 Vacuum in good working order.
3. Oak Two Door Nightstand it is solid wood 24" wide x 18" deep x 23" tall.
4. White 7 Drawer Kneehole Desk 42" wide x 21" deep x 30" tall. Painted in good sturdy condition with a few scuffs on the paint.
5. Vintage 1970's Guns of Navarone Play set by Marx. It is in the original box and dated 1970. we are not sure if it is complete though lots of figures and vehicles.
6. Cherry Dining Room Table with 8 Chairs & Two Leaves on a double pedestal base. Each pedestal has three splayed legs. It is 62" long with no leaves, 86" as shown with the two leaves x 42" wide x 28" tall. The top surface has wear though it is in good sturdy condition. the chair are Queen Anne with two Captains Chairs and six side chairs. the upholstery needs to be cleaned.
7. Oak Buffet Server by Hibriten. It has lift outside to extend the surface. Two doors over one drawer. 42" wide x 19" deep x 32" tall. With the sides extended is 66" wide. In very good clean condition with just a few scuffs on the bottom molding.
8. Magnolia Blossom by American Atelier Service for 8. dinner plates, Salad bowls, Cups, Cookie Jar, Cake Plate, Salad Bowl & Wine Glasses. We believe we will find more as we stage, so will add.
9. Cherry Buffet by Pennsylvania House it has two drawers over three doors with shelf inside. Very good sturdy condition with a nice finish with just scuffs. 44" wide x 20" deep x 35" tall.
10. Noritake Folkstone Service for 8 in Safari Pattern comes with Dinner Plates, Cups & Saucers, Bowls, Salad Plate, and few serving pieces. We did notice a few chips.
11. Cherry Buffet Server with four drawers down the center and one drawer over one door with a lock on each end. The top surface has wear marks and missing finish. 62" wide x 21" deep x 36" tall. Good solid condition. There are wear issues. Hepplewhite pulls on the drawers.
12. Noritake Gold Rim China for 12. There are a couple of different marks on the set. One is Japan and Nippon. There is some wear to the gold rim and a few chips, notably the bowls. Please check photos.
13. Mahogany Bow Front Buffet with Two Doors and Two Drawers. It is a handsome piece though the finish has a lot of scuffs on top and a missing piece of trim off bottom drawer. 66" wide x 21" deep x 36" tall.
14. Nice Framed Beveled Mirror. The frame has a beaded inner border with a bronze look in the molding. 31" x 43".
15. Pretty Floral Upholstered Wingback Chair from Pem-Key. It has carved legs, a wing back and wooden arms. 31" wide x 28" deep x 42" tall. The upholstery is two patterns.
16. Elegant Three Cushion Sofa by Massoud. 94" wide x 37" deep x 35" tall. The upholstery is a tapestry style with pictures of flower and vases. Very clean.
17. Impressive Stately Coffee Table with two drawers. It has scalloped edge with a pretty pattern veneer top. 52" long x 30" deep x 18" tall. Good clean condition with a few light scuffs.
18. Solid Wood Two Door Console Cabinet. Inside the dividers looks like they hold albums. 44" wide x 16.5" deep x 33" tall. In good sturdy condition with a few scuffs.
19. PAIR Handsome Vintage Table Lamp with Floral Shade. It has a heavy marble base with more marble on the center body. The silk shade is paneled and has embroidery. Good working condition. 32" tall. (There really are 2 even though only one in the photos)
    
20. PAIR of Heavy Brass Table Lamps with Silk Shade. Quality heavy brass with beautiful clean shade. 37" tall in good working condition.
21. PAIR Hammered Brass Table Lamps with Paneled Shade. It has an unusual vase shaped body with unusual rope pattern in casting. It is a clean paneled silk shade and leaf shaped finial. 34" tall in good working condition.
22. Round Green Mable Top Table on Three Legs. The top is a pretty green with no chips or cracks. It is on round ;legs with brass accents. 18" diameter x 25" tall. In good condition.

31. Maple Three Drawer Chest. It is in good condition with a nice finish. One of the drawers needs a drop of glue to tighten up the corner joint. 42" wide x 18" deep x 32" tall.

In good clean condition with a few scuffs to the laminate surface. Buyer will need screwdriver to separate the two halves. as shown it is 66" x 66" x 57" tall.
40. Mahogany Table and Four Chairs by Ashley Furniture. The Table has curved legs. The chairs have ladder backs with a cloth seat, a few need a cleaning. Good and sturdy though mild wear to the surface.

52. 8 Sided Dining Table with a Leaf. 45" side to side & the leaf adds 12". Four legged base with pretty open shape and carving. Good sturdy condition with a few spots on the finish.
53. Lot of Five Upholstered Chairs with Carved Legs. The upholstery is floral and leaves. The legs have carved corners and ball & claw feet. 23" wide x 25" deep x 40" tall.
54. Framed Floral Print with a Bible Verse. It is in a Ornate Gold Frame, Double matted with inner wood borders. The quote is from Isaiah and it is about flowers. 41" x 43".
55. Framed Navy Participation Certificate from 1943. 17" x 22".
56. PAIR of Framed Duck Prints signed Balke. 17" x 19".
57. Antique Metal Figural Clock with Cherubs Dated 1906. the clock itself is a windup and we do not have the key. The metal holder is 11" tall with fading to the gilding. Otherwise complete condition.  
58. Unusual New Haven Clock in Glass Body with Gilt Framing. 2" clock face in a 4" x 6" glass body. The metal decorations include a pair of  cherubs in a chariot pulled by lions and a coat of arms on top. There is a cornucopia with vases on side. Winds, runs and comes with a key.
59. Lot of Five Small Clocks including a Howard Miller. The eight sided clock in back is an 8 day wind up clock, the free directly in front are the Howard Millers in various ages. The one on far right is Seiko.
60. Howard Miller Wind Up Clock in pretty wood case with glass sides. Key is included. It winds runs and chimes. It has three different chimes and sounds.
61. Antique Seth Thomas 4 Jewel on a Tilt Frame. It has a built in key, we were able to wind it yet it does not run. 8" wide x 8" tall.
62. PAIR of Antique Small Clocks including a Sessions. The dome clock is unbranded; we were able to wind it though it does not run. The taller clock is by Sessions in a metal case, it started running. We did not wind it as we do not have a key.
63. PAIR of Antique Clocks by New Haven. The taller one is in good physical condition with a faded dial. It has no pendulum so we are unsure if it runs. 13" tall. The shorter clock is 8" tall with carved wood body. It read Eight Day Alarm on the dial. We wound it a little and it did not start.
64. PAIR of Metal Body Carriage Clocks. The larger clock is Made in Germany; it has a key and it did not start. The smaller clock is by Waterbury, it is not running.
65. Antique French Wall Clock by Gueugnon. It is in an unusual case that hinges up from the top. The frame has Mother of Pearl on around the dial and the dial is hand painted. It has beautiful hands. When we moved it the mechanism started going though the pendulum is not attached. will need a key. 19" square.
66. Beautiful Wall Clock with an Antique Looking Mahogany Case. 37" tall with Victorian styling to the cabinet and reverse painting to the front. The dial says made in Korea. Running condition unclear. Good physical condition with one scuff.
67. Pretty Floral Print in Gilt Frame. It is a still life of flowers. Triple matted and housed in a gold frame with leaf pattern around molding. 28" x 37".
68. 1970's Cabinet with Mirror. The cabinet has a single door with pressed carved designs and the mirror can sit or hang. The mirror has a cirved top. 26" wide x 16" deep x 72" tall with both pieces. In good condition with a few scuffs.
69. Round Coffee Table with a Shelf Underneath. It looks like hard rock maple. 36" diameter x 17" tall on round tapered legs. Nice and sturdy with a few scuffs and a water spot on the finish.
70. Framed Crewel Work of Tree with Birds. It is very vintage and the background is fading. Gold frame 19" x 26".
71. Framed Print of a Lawyers Office Entitled "Breach of Promise". It has an image of a man and woman in front of a lawyer reading documents. It is double matted and in a carved wood frame. Mostly in good condition with a chip to the top of the frame. 35" x 24".
72. Two Drawer Lateral Filing Cabinet by VanGuard. in good clean condition. 36" x 18" deep x 28" tall.
73. Four Drawer Anderson Hickey Lateral File with Lock & Keys. 36" wide x 18" deep x 52" .
74. PAIR of Four Drawer File Cabinets that are Legal Sized. They both have locks, though we do not have keys. They appear to be in clean operational condition. 18" wide x 28" deep x 52" tall".

82. Westclox Pocket Ben Pocket Watch that winds and runs fine, AND a New Haven Pedometer that also appears to be working.
83. Timetone & Le Gant Self Winding Men's Wristwatches.  The timetone has a cool dial, seconds bit and faceted crystal and it winds and runs fine.  The Le Gant has day date on the dial and we hear the winder moving freely inside, but it doesn't appear to be running.
84. Two HKF Safety Citation Self-Winding Wristwatches, both in Running condition.  One has Day/Date and the other Day only.  The band on the one watch is nice.
85. Cool Vinrtage Benrus Automatic Men's Wristwatch, in Running condition.  It has a square-ish body and 2-tone dial with day date.  Kicks off running with just a little shake!
86. Vintage Longines Men's Wristwatch, in Running Condition. It has a square silver body and dial and is marked gold filled on the back.  It has a good stretchy black band, too.
87. Hamilton Transitional Pocket-to-Wristwatch in 25 year case.  The watch looks just like a pocket watch but has a 2nd bail attached to the bottom so a small band could be attached.  It has a seconds bit on a gold dial.  It's wound to the max and isn't running but appears complete inside.  17 Jewel Movement # is 2015866.
88. Hampden Pocket Watch in 20 year Dueber Case.  The movement is complete but isn't running.  #814645.
89. Antique Waltham Car Clock, in Running condition although it runs and stops occasionally to probably needs a cleaning.  It has a cool dial with radiating rays and is marked 8 days.  The crystal is cracked but not caving in.  Movement # is 25100641.  The case is date stamped 1912
90. Neat 'Book of Time' Travel Clock by Semca, in running condtion.  It consists of a Book-shaped metal case with leather cover that has a spring loaded flap with a Semca Rectangular Wristwatch mounted to it.  When you open the book, the watch pops up into view.  Winds and runs, and the clock and book hinges are in good shape.  Neat old piece.
91. 29 Men's Writwatches, in a wide variety of Ages & Conditions.  Includes Helbros, Windson, Waltham, Timex, Casio, Seiko, Geneva and several 'Faux-lex.'  Fun lot.  Some are running.  Any quartz will need a battery.
92. Antique Pocket Watch Holder with an Underplate that hold a Farm image showing 2 boys and a cow.  The Watch holder has a red velvet back and a simple hook to hang the watch.  Lightweight metal that's still in good condition despite a long life.
93. Dollar Watch' Pocket Watch Workbench Lot with over 24 Movements plus Many Cases, Dials and other associated parts. Etc  Brands include Westclox, Dax, New Haven, Biltmore, Silver Jubilee, Bristol and others with at least one marked Germany.  Fun for repair or heaven for Steampunk!
94. Antique Regulateur Universel Car Clock or over sized Pocket Watch, with Steam Engine image and big green dots and a seconds bit on the dial, all in a neat Case with smaped gold tone edging around gray metal.  Winds and runs, although one hand has popped off and is loose under the crystal.  The spelling suggests European make.
95. Elgin 15 Jewel 4S Pocket Watch in Double Hunter Wadsworth 20 year Case with some pretty but faded designs.  It has a White dial with seconds bit and black numberals.  It is wound to the max but when we tap the balance weheel it  runs several ticks and stops, like it just needs a cleaning.  Movement # 20675347.
96. J.K. Basye 14 Size Pocket Watch in Star 10K Gold Filled Case that has nice design on the back and pretty mill grain bezel on the front.  The Basye Movement # is 82450 and it runs a few ticks when we tap the balance wheel.  However the winding stem is missing from the watch so we were not able to wind it.  Beautiful dial and fancy hands!
97. Skeleton Pocket Watch in 0 Size with Rounded Glass on Both Sides.  The stem moves the hands but doesn't engage to wind the spring so we aren't sure of the condition of the movement.  There are no markings on the movement.  The dial has some shallow cracks and Roman numbers with 60 seconds as well.  The glass on both sides is rounded to it gives a sort of magnificatied appearance to the insides.  Well worth fixing back up!
98. American Waltham 4 Size Pocket Watch in 20 Year Double Hunter Case.  It has a white dial with seconds bit and roman numerals plus seconds marks.  The case has attractive bird and flower designs.  The Watch will wind but isn't running.  Movement # 9670105
99. Antique Remontoir 8-0S Pocket Watch in .900 Coin Silver Case and Original box from Mainz.  Winds and Runs.  Its in an open face case marked .900 that has dust cover on the back that is marked "Remontoir Cylindre 6 Rubis" for 6 jewels.  Comes in cool old original box.
100. Lot of 5 Old Pocket and Wristwatches & Movements including a Waltham Wristwatch, not running; a Waltham 3S Pocket watch with 15 jewel movement # 19458340, overwound; a pretty Open Face Pocket Watch in good physical condition outside but overwound and not running; a Waltham 7 Jewel 3-0S movement # 27463784; and and Elgin 12S 15 Jewel movement # 28156949.
101. Elgin National 6S Pocket Watch in Warranted Sterling Double Hunter Case.  It has a 7 Jewel Movement # 8197708. The balance wheel moves freely but the second hand is missing so we can't tell if the time advances. It is wound to the max.  The sterling case is pretty with nice flowers and it's in good shape.
102. Antique 18S Key Wind Pocket Watch from Ch. F Tissot of Lode.  It winds easily and runs smoothly and is in a great Double Hunter Case with a clam shell design and a maker with a maker's mark that looks like 2 fish. The watch has a complex dial with a Seconds Bit and a half moon that appears to have a 30 day dial as well.  And there is a Stop Watch hand and the outer rim is divided into 1/5 seconds.  However we aren't clear if the stop watch is working.  The crystal is missing and there is a crack in the dial around 1 oclock.  Otherwise it's in solid shape and running fine.
103. Elgin National 6S Pocket Watch in B&W Double Hunter Case; winds and runs. The dial has a seconds bit and the Elgin logo with a tiny bird.  Movement # 3196017.
104. TWO 'Dollar' Watches including a New Haven 'Motor' that winds and runs fine, and a Westclox in original box that's missing the stem.  It's got a nice design but the color is worn off the back edges.
105. Antique 4S Pocket Watch  with 'The Farringdon 'C'  on the dial, in an English Hallmarked Sterling Case, in Running Condition.  The Open Face case is beautiful on the sides and back and includes a dust cover which appears to be personalized to Ida Hershour. Good physical condition and ticking away!
106. Antique 3-0S Remontoir 10 Jewel Pocket Watch in Silver Open Face Case with Dust Cover, in Running Condition. It has a pretty dial and fancy hands.  The case is not marked but it polished up like real silver. Ticking away.
107. Elgin 6S Open Face Pocket Watch, Running.  We were not able to unscrew the back so don't have the movement number, but can say the watch winds and runs easily.
108. Antique Elgin 14k Wristwatch with Octagonal Body, in good Running Condition.  Movement # 18044862.  The case is by Wadsworth, is marked 14k and is personalized to Buster! Nice Monogram on back, too.
109. Antique French 6-0S Key Wind Fusee Watch Movement.  It is marked Paris, Le Roy, #507.  We were able to turn the key wind but didn't go far and it didn't start running.
110. Lot of 3 Men's Automatic Wristwatches, all Running.  Includes Gruen & Croton 17 Jewel Watches and a Timex.

Watch Chains Lot 3 with 6 Braided Hair Mourning Jewelry Chains, plus 2 cool Fobs and 2 more gold tone chains.  5 of the 6 Hair pieces definitely look like human hair while the one shown on the left has a different texture and may be horse hair.  Most have gold filled ornaments and hardware and they're in good shape with no rot or significant breaks. Hard to find!

119. 10k Yellow Gold Masonic Star of David Pin, about 1.25" long.  Judging on style alone, we think it is over 100 years old.  Not marked but acid tests 10k.  2.7 grams.
120. 14k Yellow Gold Masonic AM Pin, with Tex 576 Pendant.  About 2" long and 4.2 grams.

Two Southwestern Silver Rings, size 6 and 8, with Turquoise, Coral & Mother of Pearl.  The first has 7 Turquoise Cabachons arranged in a ring with one in center and is size 8.  The longer one has Coral and Mother of Pearl and is size 6.  Neither are marked but they buffed easily like sterling silver.

146. 1 Carat Diamond and other Mixed Loose Gemstones.  Includes a loose 1 carat diamond (6.5mm) with I Clarity, plus assorted other Gemstones and probably glass 'stones' from other pieces of Jewelry.  
147. Sterling Silver Priest's 'Pix' or 'Pyx' for Carrying Consecrated Host to home Visit, dated 1912. It is essentially a small round box with a beautiful Jerusalem style cross on the front, and the Priest's name and ordination year engraved on the back.  It has a bail so it can be worn on a chain.  Priests use this kind of box to carry Communion wafers to the sick, usually after it has been bless in Church.  The Clasp and release need a little adjustment but toherwise the box is in good shape with no major dings.  It has a beautiful patina.
148. Houston, Texas Souvenir Napkin Ring from 1876.  It has images of Causeway Bridge, Post Office and Cotton Compress.  Very good condition.  Date is etched inside.
149. Super Cool Art Deco Pair of Signed Mexican Sterling Pierced Earrings.  They look like something from the Jetson's.  There is a Conical Black Onyx Center with Sterling band swilring around the outside.  Signed TR-53.  Good condition with lots of patina.
150. Sterling Silver Chain with 2 Types Agate Pendant.  The Chain is a nice box type and measures 19" long.  The Pendant is hinged in the center and has a banded agate piece in the top and Moss Agate in the bottom.  Very good condition. 29 grams.
151. Sterling & Tiger Eye Pendant on 22" Silver Chain.  The chain is nice Herringbone type and the Pendant is rectangular, about 1.5" wide.  Very good condition.  43 grams.
