THIS Week’s Liquidation Sale Address is: 2120 Tipton Station Road 37920 Saturday January 27, 2023, from (9am-4pm) ONLY.

This liquidation sell out is for the huge barn and surrounding lean-tos and a block building both full of items. Also, the barn wood, trusses, building windows, door, new 16 foot insulated garage door etc. can all be purchased with removal soon by you. See Joel if interested in structure items. This sale is located just off John Sevier Hwy onto Martin Mill Pike splits left to Tipton Station Road. Sits between Alcoa Hwy and Chapman Hwy near South Doyle school.

Special Note: Going to be a good sale with good finds and surprises and wonderful finds/piles.
Items Selling Include but not limited follows: A PICTURE SAYS A THOUSAND WORDS SO WE WILL LET THE PICTURES do the talking. EBAYers, flea marketers, yard sellers, the trade folks, this is for you. There are approximately 170 photos of items attached to the Estate Sales.net as well as Facebook will have advertising photos. THIS A SELL OUT OF THE late, Billy Lovelace from South Knoxville, who operated as Lovelace Plumbing whereat his barn and buildings contain all of the tools and equipment you would expect to find for such a trade including threading equipment, saws, drills regular-right angle too, Hilti drills and bits, shovels, welding torch and fittings and so forth. Also, scrap metal lots, misc. fittings copper, galvanized, PVC including valves etc. A new set of Harley Davidson chrome and black exhaust pipes from a soft tail-check out pictures,

We are selling/liquidating via START-A-PILE, all at huge discounts by pile. You are responsible for your pile as we cannot watch everyone’s pile. Joel will price piles like normal at both block building and the barn as both will have piles rather than bring everything to the barn.

So, as a bonus available item, we are selling a diesel Bobcat, available attachments, a 12 trailer HD hauler with foldup steel ramps, a set of forks, disc, grader box, bucket and such. Preferably all to sell with the unit.

Parking: In front of barn area as will be directed for Barn/Building Sale Event. Watch signs.

Entrance: Enter barn and building after signing waiver.....

Exit:. Checkout is by the barn under canopy. Hold Area-front of barn within taped off areas at barn and at building above.Extreme XXX Caution XXX is
 warranted when walking, searching, stepping, moving around sale premises etc. and guards etc. as you see necessary.

Everyone attending the barn sale and it’s access to 
 buildings, must sign a Sign in Sheet for the event for the “Hold Harmless Waiver” issued by
 Purple Plum Estate Liquidators.

 Don’t forget Next Saturday February 3rd 9 to 4 we will be selling the contents of the home three
 levels.

Tickets: NA for this barn and building sale event however tickets will be back for the house contents sale.

We must be able to see all items being purchased. “Start-A-Pile” piles will need to be sorted and displayed with your name that we will provide you when you make a pile such that all merchandise can be seen so a discounted price can be determined at check-out.

Credit Cards & Other Info: When using a credit card, we are charged 3% processing and therefore the customer utilizing a charge card is billed the 3%. You are responsible for removal/loading as help is very limited. You will need to arrange for appropriate level of help and schedule for pick up as we no longer load items or is very limited based on health. Also, remember to bring covers or moving blankets, boxes for post purchase movement as you may need them as well as bungee or tie downs etc
