Update on parking for Saturday : about 10 cars can park in the backyard and along the house driveway. First come first serve basis. We will have someone helping with this. Additional parking next door on the day care premises, and a bit down the road on the Basement Records store parking.

Please be careful while entering the driveway, do not stop on the road and do not park just right at the entrance, we will have someone assisting with parking. Be mindful of others exiting the driveway.

This is the second part of the liquidation of a great estate located on Chapman Highway. This time we open the whole house (2 large upper stories and the basement garage refilled with some more items). And our online auction with great furniture, collectibles and more is still running until Monday, September 2nd at 8pm! 

Due to limited parking we are doing it by appointment only on Friday, so carpool if you can! South Knox Man Cave Estate Sale on Chapman Hwy.

We can park about 10 cars in the house vicinity, so we have 10 appointment slots for each hour.

We WILL allow in the house any 'walk-in' customers who parked somewhere else on Chapman.
We have the authorization to park some vehicles down the road, where the 'Basement Record' store parking is : first come, first serve basis if you don't have an appointment. From there you'll have a couple minutes walk to the estate sale.

Carpool if you can and please be patient and understanding if parking/access is not as easy as you expected. Chapman Hwy is a busy road and we want everyone to be safe while getting to the sale!
Call us after 11am on Friday if you didn't get an appointment and we will update you on parking status as the sale's traffic slows down.
 

On Saturday we will benefit from much more parking space from the daycare parking next door and are not doing appointments.

This is a big house! Please be aware that you will be entering from the basement garage and it has lot of stairs to go to the main story (kitchen, DR, LR, den with books, vinyl and CDs, electronics and office supplies, and 3 bedrooms with men's and ladies clothing, linen). And again a great flight of stairs to go to the second level (mezzanine with lot of books & home decor, the men's cave with the Mustang, john Deere, die-cast cars and other collectibles like Coca-Cola, an office room, and a bedroom with more of the men's clothing) .
