Please leave the driveway open for customer pick up.
Please, YOU MUST bring someone with you for loading and lifting, if you plan on buying heavy items.
Please bring boxes, paper, or bags for your items. We will have bags and paper but we might run out.
The home hosting the sale is on a corner lot. Please be kind to others and their properties. Please don't park on their yards.
We are not responsible for accidents.

This is a private sale.  The homeowners strategy for downsizing has been to move what would fit in their smaller home (1/2 the size) and sell the rest.  Homeowner is a treasure hunter so you'll find some interesting items.  The sale will be held on the main floor, the basement and garage.   All items will be discounted on Saturday.  There are too many items to list and photograph.  We are attemping to price and display all items but if you spot something unmarked, make an offer!

Crescent Furniture solid cherry dining room set. Oval Table with two leaves and protector set. 4 side chairs and 2 arm chairs.Primitive style handcrafted hutch. Pewter coffee service. pewter bowls, cream and sugar sets, red transferware china. Ladder back rush seat side chair.Late 1800's desk with carved screw knobs.Armoire with two bars for clothes storage. Inside door is the original mirror, hanging bar and maker's label.Late 1800's dresser. The original knobs were missing replaced on the top drawer but this piece has been used as a base for a TV in the past. When you remove the top drawer, there is a shelf built in and holes in the back for cords. The top drawer has dividers and hooks to hang on the wall as a shelf. Very cool piece!Mid Century Modern Buffet. This is the real deal. Solid wood. Beautiful construction. Perfect piece to hold a huge flat screen TV.Lane tufted red leather reclining chair and ottoman. One board is missing off one side so this is better against a wall or as a sofa table. Wonderful conversation piece and beautiful wood patina.Vintage classic books, collection of white urns, total of 5 black and solid brass candlesticks. Large glass cloche that sits on either of two other pieces available, one footed silver platter or a hand crafted cake stand.Small rolling side table with drawer. Under the drawer are levers that allow the shopkeeper to enter without sounding the alarm! Come try it out. Fun piece. Could be used as a cash till, hung on the wall as a shelf or set on a coffee table to hold remotes and serve as a conversation piece.Two vintage picnic baskets.Bowed Psaltery with case. Handcrafted by a gentleman in Cosby, TN. One string needs to be replaced but everything needed is included.Vintage Oscar Schmidt Autoharp with case. In excellent condition.Cast iron fire tool set.Crop In Style XXL Case for scrapbooking supplies or whatever you wish to fill it with. Storage compartments on three sides.
