THIS AUCTION IS SUBJECT TO TN STATE SALES TAX.  ALL ITEMS WILL HAVE A 10% BUYERS PREMIUM ADDED TO YOUR WINNING BID TO ESTABLISH THE FINAL SALES PRICE.  ALL SHIPPING FEES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.

Preview/Inspection: Monday, December 17 from 8:30am – 5:00pm EST

Lots will start closing at 6:00pm EST on Tuesday, December 18 – soft close – Items will remain open until all bidding activity has ceased for the last 2 minutes of the count down for each item.  Each item sells independantly of one another.  Lot 100 could close before Lot 25, should bidding continue on lot 25 and not on lot 100.  It is important to enter in your maximum bid and let the computer bid for you IF you can not be at a computer while the auction is closing or you are watching more items than is humanly possible to manage without help.

Pick up/Removal:  Wednesday, December 19 from 9:00am – 5:00pm EST.  You will have to do background check for all firearms.  If you live out of state or out of the area, please ensure your FFL dealer sends us a copy of their license very quickly!!!  You most likely will not recieve shipped items until after Christmas but if we can get it shipped right away, you can have it for the new year!!  If you would like to pay by cash or check and you are local, you may do so until noon on Wednesday the 19th.  If you live out of state or out of the area, we will automatically charge the credit card you have on file with Hibid.  Please make sure your cards are up to date prior to registering for the auction.
