Preview/Inspection:  Thursday, January 24 from 8:30am – 5:00pm EST

Lots start ending on Saturday, January 26 at 7:00pm EST – soft close – Lots will start ending in order of the catalog.  As bidding continues on certain lots, these lots will be extended while others continue to close.  Example: If bidders continue bidding on Lot #1, it will remain open and Lot #10 could close ahead of Lot #1.  When bidding has subsided on any Lot for the final 2 minutes of that Lots countdown clock, then that Lot will close.

Pickup/Removal:  Pick up will be on Monday, January 28 from 8:30am – 5:00pm EST.  All items are located at Powell Auction at 6729 Pleasant Ridge Rd., Knoxville, TN 37921.  You will need to come to our office to pick up your purchases.  If you would like to pay by cash or check, you must do so at our office by 12:00pm (noon) EST.  After noon, all outstanding invoices will be charged to the credit card on file with Hibid.com.  If you live out of the area or out of state, your card will automatically be charged and your items packed to ship to you.

If you purchase more than $1000 worth of gold coins or jewelry, you must either pay by cash on Monday or by wire transfer, no later than Tuesday.  NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!
