HIGHLIGHTS
We’ve been working diligently to get this big sale ready – and it is blowing our minds with the amount of tools and hardware are here, plus cool collectibles and things normal nice homes include. Our client was 98 when he passed and managed all kinds of metal, woodworking and yard projects. In the course of doing them he amassed some great tools and an even more impressive amount of hardware!

We a Shop Smith with accessories and other big tools and tool boxes, plus the house has one of those garages filled with coffee cans full of nails and bolts and widgets and doo-dads of all sort. There is a separate building with the remnants of a buyout of a crane company 30 years ago; it has all kinds of wiring, cable and lumber. If you like digging, this is a sale for you!

All that is on top of a home with several pieces of nice Furniture like the leather La-Z-Boy lift chair and leather love seat, plus the 2 faux-fireplace heaters. And there is a wealth of antiques, cast iron and collectibles of all sorts, our favorites being the 1960’s gun catalogs. The basement holds the inventory for a catering business – chafing dishes, heat lamps, lazy susans, drink dispensers, etc. There are books and media and household goods, too! IT’S A BIG SALE!

We’ll run this one as a Blowout which means all items are Tagged and are ‘as priced’ Friday, while there will also be lots of Root and Haggle areas in the shop and barn. Saturday we take offers all day and we’ll have increasing discounts until we wind up with $5 bag lots at 2:30. And note: we are looking for someone to haul the scrap at the end of this sale, and there is likely to be a handsome quantity. Let us know if you’re interested!

TERMS:  We accept Cash, Good Checks and Credit/Debit/Paypal with 3% surcharge.  No Previews and No Presales.  Items Purchased MUST be removed during sale hours.  Bring your own help!  For super heavy items, the family will assist in loading with a Bobcat.
PARKING:  See above.  All Parking is in a field and there is no admittance before 9:30 Friday.
NUMBERS: We'll hand out numbers Friday as we left people onto the property to park.
