Measures 11" wide, 13" tall.

- Antique Landscape Oil Painting in a gilt frame. The image features a lakeside scene with a small boat and nice trees, and is done in oil on board. The gilt frame has a fancy edge but there are a couple chips off of it. Measures 20" x 18". Unsigned.
- Pretty Floor Lamp with an antiqued Bronze finish and a matching pleated shade. It's been fit with a layer of beads and teardrop prisms around the center and has a 3-way fixture that works and has a good cord. The base is 10" diameter and it is 62" tall.
- Original Issue of the New York Herald from April 15, 1865, announcing the assassination of President Lincoln. It has been folded and unfolded a few times before ending up in this frame, but it is generally in good if brittle condition and completely legible. In a simple wood frame, 20" x 24".
- Framed Class Photo of the 59th House of Representatives from Tennessee in 1915. It's in an antique Oak frame with a beaded inner edge, 21" x 25". Appears to be a little bit faded but generally in good condition, with all the faces and names easily discernible.

- Large Antique Framed Oil Painting of a mountain scene with very small farmers and animals in the foreground. We don't see a signature. Housed in a gilt frame, 33" x 50" overall. There appears to have been some old damage to the paint and we can see touch-ups on close examination.
- Mixed Lot of Antique Van Bergh and Apollo Quadruple Plate Tea Service Items. The Van Bergh includes the large teapot, creamer, sugar, and waste pot with etched designs. The Apollo is the squat creamer with cast designs. There is one more creamer with cast and etched designs, that we can't make out the mark on. Nice mix of beautiful old pieces.

- The Swift Mill by Lane Brothers of Poughkeepsie, NY. The entire thing is cast iron with a wooden handle. The intake bowl at the top has part of the side cracked off, but at least some of the pieces are still inside. For display's sake you can turn it around the other way and that is not noticeable. The wheels are 9" diameter and the mill stands 14" tall. The box on the bottom is missing.
- Rectangular Glass-Top Patio Table with 4 Chairs. Table measures 30" x 50" and is in good condition though it does have some rust, particularly on the legs. The chairs have cast leaves and acorns on the backrests and they are in good condition with some rust, and 3 of the 4 have cushions.

The original hardware is in the drawers. 47" wide, 19" deep, 77" tall.

The drawers also all have locks but as of writing we haven't located a key. Overall, the condition of the wood is great; the exception is on the inside edge of the opening for your legs where the chair has bumped up against it. Cute piece.

- Delightful Victorian Armchair with pink silk upholstery and a whimsical top rail with a face carved in it. It's on a good sturdy wooden frame with carved accents. - Nearly Matching Platform Glider with whimsical carved top rail with face, but it has a very vintage gold upholstery. This upholstery shows some wear but no holes and the other accents to the wood are very similar to the first chair. 24" wide, 30" deep, 37" tall.
- Matched Pair of Chairs with the same whimsical top rail with face carving as the 2 lots above and also similar carving on the frames and legs. All 3 sections have a drawer on the bottom, single doors with locks and keys, and they're topped with galleries with lots of cute gingerbread and carving. There are also full columns about 3' long on the upper section of each piece. The burl and wood finish on all the pieces is great and the stately design makes this one one of the grandest china cabinets that we've had the privilege to sell. The family also reports that it was handed down through many generations and they remember it when it was in the building that still sits on the very peak of Bearden Hill. Measures 81" wide, 17.5" deep, center section is 87" tall and the sides are 77" tall.
