General Info Follows: A limited number of people can be in the home in order to comply with social distancing. May have to wait outside until the level of patrons inside is reduced. This is expected but we will see.

Parking: Park only along the sale house side of the road. Summer Shade LN. It is a Dead-End Street with a narrow Private Drive down to several homes on the water. Be cognizant of mailboxes and driveways along the main entrance and road on Summer Shade LN-Do not block. NO VEHICLE ALLOWED DOWN PRIVATE DRIVE unless approved by Parking Host. Parking host can assist with questions regarding access down the Private Drive to sale house.

Entrance: Front Door Only Every Day due to Covid Separation Exit: Through Garage. Checkout inside the garage in the driveway.

Hold Area in Garage on marked shelving “Hold”. A sticker with your last name is required from our checkout folks before placing on/in hold area. Thanks!

Tickets: Available at 8AM, an hour before sale, and this will reserve your place in line at opening when called. Located normally on the cone near driveway/street unless provided by staff. Take lowest number ticket one per person attending.

Checkout Info: Social Distancing is identified at main entrance and checkout with BLUE CONES. Two lanes distanced by blue cones for social distancing in line waiting. Also, a pass-through lane of orange cones if no need to go through checkout. Checkouts require you to place merchandise on table or as directed. We must be able to see all items being purchased in all bags. Future Sale: Covid-19 Procedures will be in effect and apply at the future sales and for pick-up of any on-line sales and purchases, as well as at our, other soon to be, on-site sales. This will be the case until the pandemic has subsided.

Credit Cards & Other Info: When using a credit card, we are charged 3% processing and therefore the customer utilizing a charge card is billed the 3%.

We will provide some packing materials and will have a hand truck available for use on the premises. You are responsible for removal/loading as help is very limited. Heavy large items you will need to arrange for help and schedule for pick up. As always, we will do what we can to help albeit sometimes limited.

Besides bringing help to load, remember to bring covers or moving blankets as you may need them.
