HUGE 2 Level PACKED HOME True Liquidation SALE! with a main level and full house basement rancher home off Kingston Pike near Home Depot off Cedar Bluff exit. This is a sale to take your time and browse as 3 Generations of Items discovered on both levels and in almost every room such that items of similar categories can be in several places in the home.
Our employees with orange vests on and name plates are “go to” for help in process of how to get your items to purchase to the Hold Pile as well as general process information. We have radio communications as well. Thus, the time needed to look through all the rooms that are Packed and Stacked with generations of variety of collectibles and more like furniture, tools, photography, vintage reel to reel and turntables, albums, 45s, Christmas, Fall, Halloween, vintage 100 yr. old Railroad slant desk-large with drawers and also a few pieces of Southern Railroad related, jars- canning ,liquor decanters-in several places, Murray vintage orange pedal tractor kitchen items galore and gadgets and mixers etc, garage, on and on....
Going to be a great sale and just so you can view with ease, check out the limited pictures on Facebook & Craigslist and other media postings. This flyer and the pictures do not reveal all we have to sell due to the bulk of items to sell. PPEL is selling the entire contents of the deceased’s, Dr. & Mrs. Biddle’s, family estate which spans 3 generations of items from their relatives with ties to Morristown, Jefferson City and of course, Knoxville (including the Lyles family).
Sale Address is: 224 Crowfield Rd. 37922 Saturday July 10 from (8am-4pm)) and Sunday July 11 from (1-4). This liquidation sell out is located off Cedar Bluff to Kingston Pike in Ashley Woods Subdivision beside Seven Oaks SD up from Home Depot. Enter at Red Light on KP across from Weigels. This road is Crowfield - come all the way to the back, then turn right.
Easy access from either Pellissippi to Kingston Pike East to Ashley Woods or from Cedar Bluff take right on Kingston Pike headed West past Home Depot to Ashley Woods SD on the left just past Seven Oaks. Home is to the end of the entrance continuing and turning right on Crowfield and proceed to house on the left side. This is a cul-de-sac with turnaround. Start-A-Pile discount applies.

Parking: Parking available preferably on same side as sale house but the street is wide enough to accommodate both. Just easier to have the extra space available for emergency vehicle access and for the neighbors. Please be respectful of all neighbor driveways, mailboxes and their ingress and egress capabilities and do not block. Patience is a good attribute to have and practice. Thanks! Handicapped can be dropped off for main level in the driveway and can be escorted to the basement level via side of home lower-level entrance but alert PPEL staff of that need beforehand.
Entrance: Unless Handicapped*. * Handicapped can enter the basement through the basement door but we will need to know so the door can be opened. The stairs from the main level are steep and a handrail is there for your use. Otherwise ALL OTHERS Enter at Front Door Only all day due to flow. It will be crowded going up and down to the basement level so please be courteous/take turns and hold the handrail for your safety. A special process with staff for basement level item purchase will be in place. Please do not exit Front door unless an emergency.
Exit: Through Garage. Checkout is in the garage at driveway. Hold Area -TBD near garage
Tickets: Available an hour before sale usually or earlier, and this reserves your place in line at opening when called. As/If/When required. Located normally on the cone near driveway/street unless provided by staff. Take lowest number ticket one per person attending. Our folks may not arrive or be available to talk before opening time due to
preparing for the sale and making things nice and ready for you during the hour or so before the sale opening time.
We must be able to see all items being purchased. Start-A-Pile piles will need to be sorted and displayed such that all merchandise can be seen so a discounted price can be determined.
Credit Cards & Other Info: When using a credit card, we are charged 3% processing and therefore the customer utilizing a charge card is billed the 3%. We will provide a handtruck. You are responsible for removal/loading as help is very limited. Heavy large items you will need to arrange for help and schedule for pick up. As always, we will do what we can to help albeit sometimes limited. Besides bring help to load, remember to bring covers or moving blankets, boxes for post purchase movement as you may need them.
Future Sale: Off Deane Hill Bearden Area-Basement Rancher -Nice clean General Mdse. to some unusual finds as well. A Plus Sale in hopefully two to three weeks.
