THIS Week’s Liquidation Sale Address is: 9253 Countryway Drive, 37922 Saturday January 13, 2023, from (9am-4pm) ONLY. This liquidation sell out located just off Cheney off Bluegrass Rd. off South Ebenezer between Kingston Pike and Northshore

Parking: Along specific non-driveway areas along the street of subdivision where there are no driveways and only one side of the road. Please do not block driveways and mailboxes or park along main entrance either side of this homes driveway so patrons can facilitate loading their merchandise.
Entrance: Enter main house at Front Door during this sale. We reserve the right to revise as needed throughout the day for our sale.
Exit: Through Garage to checkout. Checkout is in the garage. Hold Area -TBD near garage
Tickets: Available as placeholder one hour before sale usually and are located on orange traffic cone at the end of driveway. Take next lowest number. If raining, it will be revised to dry location at the house.
We must be able to see all items being purchased. “Start-A-Pile” piles will need to be sorted and displayed such that all merchandise can be seen so a discounted price can be determined at check-out.
Credit Cards & Other Info: When using a credit card, we are charged 3% processing and therefore the customer utilizing a charge card is billed the 3%. You are responsible for removal/loading as help is very limited. You will need to arrange for appropriate level of help and schedule for pick up as we no longer load items or is very limited based on health. Also, remember to bring covers or moving blankets, boxes for post purchase movement as you may need them as well as bungee or tie downs etc.
NEXT SALE: NEXT WEEK! South Knoxville off Chapman Hwy. John Sevier on Tipton Station Road. We are selling a barn and block building with ladders, tools, welding gas torches, carts, welding cables, Prestolite, shovels etc. and much more which will be negotiable and START-A-PILE. Grab and bring it out and pile it into your rea where we can see and we will deal. This type of sale comes along once in a lifetime. Bring money help labor trailers and trucks-you will need them. The huge barn and lean to’ s are all to be sold to be torn down for great old lumber trusses plus. Also fence posts, barbed wire, garage door, Bobcat 909 digger attachment, box blade, box disc harrow, The owner owned Lovelace Plumbing for years and the threading equipment and related tools like threaders and dies and pipe stands, metal pipe, flashing. Check out pictures in ad coming soon for barn sale next Saturday sale along with more items but the pictures show all but some small motorized items like cutoff saws, Hilti drills, and such. Sale date and time: Saturday January 20, 2024 from 10am to 4pm, we are literally selling THE Barn and Contents in 6 hours. Need barnwood and metal roofing, barn buyers to come to view and offer/buy the barnwood and metal (must take down & remove what you purchase before end of January. We are limiting this once in a great while sell off pile it up go get items in the barn for lump sum pricing. Watch for next flier e mail etc. indicating with lots of pictures of items plus, we have a limited time sell out of the entire barn and building. WOWWWWW! Note a Waiver, Release and Hold Harmless Agreement will be required to be signed off via a Sign In sheet whereby you acknowledge to caution and precautions prior to accessing barn and peripheral buildngs structures and grounds. A copy of what you sign will be available. It will be a pick, pack, stack it up day with pricing to match. It’s gotta go!
Also, following the big literal barn sale, the next weekend will be “Part 2” as we will be selling the contents of the home at this same address and believe me it will be Grrrrrreat Too! One Day Only January 27, 2024 from 9am to 4pm.
