• Oval Oak Dining Table by Keller, with a double pedestal base, 3 extra leaves, and 8 chairs.  Without leaves, the table is a 58" long oval; 42" wide; 30" tall.  Each of the leaves is 11.5", and it's about 90" long as shown, with all 3 leaves.  The chairs have round turned legs with a sturdy crossbrace, and the backs have turned spindles and an open backsplat.  There are 6 side chairs and 2 captain's chairs.  The captain's are 26" wide, 22" deep, 41" tall; the side chairs are 22" wide, 21" deep, 41" tall.  The set is in very good clean condition with very few scuffs, in all solid Oak, made to last.
• Lovely 3-Cushion Sofa with accent pillows and arm covers, in very good clean condition.  84" wide, 36" deep, 30" tall.  It has a blue, peach, and burgundy upholstery in a chevron pattern.  In very good clean condition with no holes or tears.
• Matching Loveseat in very good clean condition, with the same chevron upholstery.  66" wide, 36" deep, 30" tall.  Also has accent pillows and the arm covers.
• Karastan Red Sarouk Area Rug, 8'8" x 10'6", in very good clean condition, with a thick underpad.  The Sarouk has a large red center field with lots of flowers and several narrow borders with even more flowers.  Clean, no smell, and from a light traffic area.
• Lovely Wool Sculptured Area Rug with a cream center with ornate leaves and flowers, and a red border with more of same.  59" wide, 90" long.  Comes with an underpad.  In very good clean condition with no smell.
• Fine Sofa by Fairfield, with striped red upholstery and Queen Anne legs.  85" long, 32" deep, and has a camel back which is 36" high at the peak.  The seat is a single cushion, and it has several accent pillows, as shown.  Very clean with little wear, and no holes, tears, or smell.
• Ethan Allen Double Pedestal Dining Table with 2 leaves, custom pads, and 8 chairs, in very good clean condition.  The wood is either Maple or Cherry.  With no leaves, the table is 62" long, 41.5" wide, 21" tall.  The leaves are each 18", making the table about 99" long as shown, with both leaves in.  The table has seen light use and there is some light scuffing to the finish, but no dings or gouges; there are a few dings on the pedestal bases where the chairs hit.  The chairs have upholstered seats, in a sort of paisley pattern, with cane backs, but when last reupholstered, our client made custom back pillows, which have screw-off buttons that hold it in place to the cane.  It's all in very good clean condition and there is a spare bolt of this fabric that comes with it.  There are 2 captain's chairs and 6 side chairs, all about 22" wide, 19" deep, 42" tall.
• Pretty, 100% Wool, Sculptured Rug from China.  8' wide, 10'6" long.  It's in very good overall condition, especially in the center, which has been under a dining table.  The corner closest to the kitchen has seen more traffic than the rest, and it could use light cleaning, but overall the rug is in very good shape.  
• Matching Stately Ethan Allen China Cabinet, in very good clean condition.  It has 4 glass doors with metal diamond grids on the top section.  This section also has lights inside and glass inserts on the wooden shelves.  The base has 3 drawers in the center with very nice hardware and a door on either side; the center drawer has a silverware tray with cover.  Measures 66" wide, 19" deep, 76" tall.  No noticeable dings or scratches.
• Queen Size Tempurpedic Bed on a Base with Massage.  We do have the remote, and the bed is in good working condition.  It's in very good clean condition, the mattress has been protected by a DriTec covering, and it is in the guest bedroom, so has seen little use.
• JVC 52" Flat-Screen TV in the older style that's not so flat on the back.  It comes on a glass and silver triangular base with lots of media storage.  Model HD-52G887.  Powers on and lights up but hasn't been tested completely with cable set up.  The base is 53" wide, 16" deep, 20" tall.  
• Pennsylvania House Cherry 8-Drawer Chest with Mirror, in very good clean condition.  The chest measures 62" wide, 18" deep, 34" tall.   The mirror hangs from the wall, and can be mounted resting on the chest, or as high up as you'd like; it measures 36" wide, and 51" tall up to the top of the finial.  The chest has pretty brass Chippendale batwing drawer pulls and the finish is lovely.  
• Matching Pennsylvania House Cherry 4-Drawer Chest #1, used here as a nightstand.  Measures 35" wide, 19" deep, 31" tall.  It has a slightly serpentine front, with the area over the drawer pulls protruding about an inch past the corners and center.  The hardware is an exact match for the other pieces in the set.  In very good clean condition with just a few light scuffs and dings from stuff being set on the top.
• Matching Pennsylvania House Cherry 4-Drawer Chest #2, used here as a nightstand.  Measures 35" wide, 19" deep, 31" tall.  It has a slightly serpentine front, with the area over the drawer pulls protruding about an inch past the corners and center.  The hardware is an exact match for the other pieces in the set.  In very good clean condition with just a few light scuffs and dings from stuff being set on the top.
• Matching Lingerie Chest by Pennsylvania House, in Cherry, with the same hardware as the rest of the set.  This piece does have angled, fluted corners like the 8-drawer chest.  It has 7 drawers and measures 22" wide, 15" deep, 55" tall.  In very good clean condition with no noticeable scuffs or scratches.
• Matching Pennsylvania House Cherry Lowboy Chest on Chest with 4 drawers in the base that sits on Queen Anne legs, and 8 drawers in the top section.  One unusual feature is the top has a removable bonnet with a "broken arch" pediment with finial, but the arches are hollow and extend all the way to the back of the piece instead of being a facade, and they can be used to put things in.  42" wide, 19" deep, 81" tall.  If you take off the bonnet, the piece is 70" tall.  In very good clean condition with a nice finish and just a little scuffing around the Queen Anne feet.
• Cherry Queen Size Poster Bed with rice carving on the posts and the 2-tier Cherry steps for getting in and out.  Comes with the firm and cozy Sealy Posturepedic Super Premium Mattress Set.  The frame measures 66" wide, and all the posts are 86" tall.  The headboard has a solid Cherry arched back panel.  In very good clean condition.  (Please note that the comforter set shown is sold separately.)
• Matched Pair of Ethan Allen Glass or Crystal Lamps on Brass Bases with ribbed and pleated shades.  Each measures 33" tall to the top of the Crystal ball finial.  They're in very good clean condition, have 3-way fixtures, and come with LED bulbs that work just fine.
• Lovely Wingback Chair with a pink floral upholstery in very good clean condition.  Comes with a tasseled accent pillow and arm covers.  In very good clean condition with no holes, tears, or smells.  32" wide, 32" deep, 42" tall.
• Small Chest on Legs with handles on the sides.  It has a good hinge with a brace, and the lock is real but we don’t have the key.  18" wide, 10" deep, 20" tall.  In good clean condition with just a few light scuffs.
• Beautiful Women's Faux Fur Jacket by Career Originals Tissavel, made of imported French fabric and simulation fur.  It's in beautiful condition, looks very much like Mink, and it's approximately a medium.  
• Brookstone NAP Massaging Bed Rest.  The backrest has a reading lamp and the arms have a controller and a drink holder.  Appears to be new or like new in box.  
• Frontgate Inflatable Fold-Away Guest Bed in a rolling carry case with handles.  All you have to do is unzip the case, plug in the bed, and it totally sets itself up.  Then, when finished with it, turn the switch and it deflates itself and you just tuck it back inside the case and zip it up.  In good working condition.
• Set of Vintage Jordache Luggage, including large and medium size suitcase, garment bag, large tote, and a zippered duffel.  In good clean condition.
• Kenneth Cole Reaction Luggage Set, including 2 large suitcases (good for cruises), garment bag, and a zippered carry-on.  The 2 large pieces measure 14" x 22" x 32".
• Barbie Hardshell Doll Case #1, dated 1969, Mattel.  This one is stuffed full of Barbie, Skipper, and other dolls and accessories.  It's in fair condition--there's a crack on the inner shell and it's missing an outer handle, but otherwise it has a good hinge and clasp.
• Barbie Hardshell Doll Case #2.  This one is also stuffed full of dolls and accessories.  There are 2 Kens and 2 Barbies, and lots of clothes and other accessories.  This one has a split on one corner inside, but it does have the handle and a good hinge and clasp.
• Jim Shore Santa Claus on Sleigh with Reindeer.  Santa's in a brightly colored sleigh with pretty farm scene on the outside, and there are 3 reindeer out front.  It's about 3' long as shown.  A little dusty, but in great overall condition.
• Large Square Mahogany Coffee Table with drawers on one side.  Measures 40" square, 20" tall.  The drawers work nice and smoothly and the finish overall is good with some mild scuffs on the top.
• Set of Calich Boleslawiec Ceramics from Poland, in a Halloween theme.  Includes a 12" pumpkin, a large serving bowl, 4 cups with coasters, 4 plates, and 3 haunted-house shaped tealights.  Adorable and all in very good clean condition.
• Giant Christmas Garland.  All the garland sections in the attic.  This includes a single ornate run, approximately 50' long, and approximately a dozen garland 3' pendants, which are meant to hang vertically and have bells, bows, and ornaments on them.  
• Disney Christmas Ornaments, Grolier's Special First Issue, Lot of 8, including Quasimodo, Cinderella, Jasmine, Aladdin, Mowgli, Baloo, Pocahontas, and Simba.  All in like new condition, in their boxes.
• Lot of 5 Grolier's President's Edition Disney Christmas Ornaments.  Including  Bashful, Happy, Sleepy, Doc, and Sneezy from Snow White and the 7 Dwarves.  All in like new condition, in their boxes.
• Lot of 5 Grolier's President's Edition Christmas Ornaments, including Woody and Buzz Lightyear from Toy Story, Simba, Pumba with Timon from the Lion King, and Mulan.  Like new in boxes.
• Lot of 6 Grolier's President's Edition Christmas Ornaments.  This lot includes Eeyore and Piglet from Winnie the Pooh, Bianca and Bernard from The Rescuers, Mad Hatter from Alice in Wonderland, and Mickey Mouse from Fantasia.  All like new in boxes.
• Set of Fitz and Floyd "Santa's List" China, all in very good clean condition.  These pieces have ribbons and gifts, and Santa on a rocking horse, the Santa with his list, Santa with toys, etc. etc.  It's a service for 8 with some extras, including dinner plate, salad plate, bowls, cups and saucers, creamer, sugar, and other serving pieces.  
• Department 56 Snowman Cider Server, like new in the original box.  
• Christmas Theme Longaberger Basket with other Christmas Accessories.  Includes a 2-handled Longaberger cake carrier from 1998 with a plastic and wooden insert and a cloth ivy-themed liner; another cute basket by Country Woven Collection; a Santa cake plate with cover that fits inside.
• Service for 9 in Lenox Holiday China, which has the classic Lenox cream colored base and a smooth gold rim and ivy and berries.  All 9 settings come with their own box and appear to be in excellent condition with no noticeable signs of wear that we have seen.  
• Lenox Holiday Set of 4 Serving Pieces.  Including 16" platter, 10" oval bowl, 4.5" sugar, and a 2-tier tidbit tray.  
• Lenox Holiday Santa Claus Teapot, in excellent condition.  
• 1991 Lenox Nativity Bowl with the gold trim, in excellent condition but without the original box.

• Fitz and Floyd Fox Teapot, in excellent condition with little sign of use, from 1990.  
• Royal Doulton Brambly Hedge Mixed Lot of regular and miniature teasets.  Including:  the Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter miniature tea cups and saucers and the mini creamer, sugar, and mini teapot; and the 4 seasons of regular sized tea cups and creamer/sugar.  All in very good condition, and the miniatures are in the original boxes.
• Lot of three 46" tall Soldier Musicians, with 3 Giant Presents, all molded from what appears to be fiberglass and all in good condition with just a couple of flecks off the antiqued gilding that they're painted with.
• Zim's Heirloom Collectible 14" Toy Vendor Nutcracker, with the original box, in very good condition.  He's got a little touch of paint off where he's gone in and out of his box over the years, but still has all his parts.
• 49 of the 50 States in Sterling Silver Demitasse Spoons From the Franklin Mint, with the state flowers on their handles, in a custom display with a wooden box and lid with a hanger on the back.
• Lenox "Poppies on Blue" Chinastone, Service for 8, Lot #1.  Includes:  Dinner plate, salad plate, 3 sizes bowls, plus cups and saucers.  The service looks like what is in the gallery shot, and the duplicates will come from the lot visible in the back of the shot. Most of the pieces are in great condition but we do see a few chips in the mix.
• Lenox "Poppies on Blue" Chinastone, Service for 8, Lot #2.  This lot includes fewer pieces per setting than the previous one.  Includes:  Dinner plate, salad plate, 6.25" bowl, plus cups and saucers.  This lot also has a taller coffee cup.  The service looks like what is in the gallery shot, and the duplicates will come from the lot visible in the back of the shot. Most of the pieces are in great condition but we do see a few chips in the mix.
• Lenox "Poppies on Blue" Chinastone Animal-Themed Serving Pieces.  Includes:  bunny rabbit cookie jar, bunny and chicken salts and peppers, lamb butter dish, and cow and pig creamer/sugar with a pigtail sugar spoon.  These pieces all appear to be in great condition with no chips.
• Mixed Lot of Lenox "Poppies on Blue" Serving Pieces.  Including:  a platter and 7 bowls, spoon rest, butter cover, and 5 mixed salts and peppers.  These pieces all appear to be in great condition.
• Another Mixed Lot of Lenox "Poppies on Blue" Serving Pieces.  Including:  an oval platter, 2 sets of creamer/sugar, 3 mixing-sized bowls, and a pitcher.  These are all in great condition, we don't see any chips or cracks.  
• Final Lot of Lenox "Poppies on Blue" Serving Pieces.  Including:  3 metal cake pans with plastic covers, a glass pitcher, and a metal teapot.  There is some wear on the teapot, but otherwise everything is in good condition.
• Lenox "Eternal" from the Dimension Collection, Service for 8.  Including:  dinner plate, salad plate, cup and saucer.  All in their original boxes.  Note that the boxes say they include soup bowls, but they do not.  
• Lenox "Eternal", Service for 8 with a couple of extras and only 3 of the 8 settings come with their original boxes.  Includes:  dinner plate, salad plate, cup and saucer. The extras appear to be 2 more cups and saucers and a salt shaker and a bud vase.  Original price per setting was $114.00.  Note that the boxes say they include soup bowls, but they do not.
• Lenox "Orchard" Hostess Set, which includes:  8 footed mugs; berry bowl; creamer/sugar; 8 dessert plates; and 2 amazing plates of jam jars with matching salt and pepper.  (The 2 plates are meant to be a 2-tier tray but we don't have the connecting piece.)  All the jam jars have a painted berry on the side and a matching painted berry handle on the lid, plus a little spoon with a leaf painted on the handle.
• "Pillars of Strength", a signed, numbered, framed print by G. Harvey.  Double matted and housed in a pretty wooden frame with a nameplate below the print.  Signed bottom right #1403 of 4500.  It is a mid-1800s representation, with the Lincoln Memorial in the background.  Measures 29" x 35" in very good overall condition.
• Pinnacle of Freedom, a signed, numbered, framed print from the Treasury Collection, Symbols of the Republic, by G. Harvey, with the Washington Monument in the background.  Double matted and housed in a black and gold frame with a nameplate below the print.  Signed bottom left, numbered bottom right #591 of 4500.  This one has the original gallery sleeve and info preserved on the back of the frame.  Measures 30" x 37" overall.
• "The American Dream", a signed, numbered, framed print by G. Harvey.  Double matted with a beaded wooden border between the mats, and a nameplate below the print.  Signed bottom right,  #591 of 4500 and dated 1993.  With the COA preserved on the back.  In very good overall condition.  Measures 30" x 37" overall.
• "1600 Pennsylvania Avenue", a signed, numbered, framed print by G. Harvey.  Double matted in a black and gold frame.  Signed bottom right, numbered bottom left, #3225 of 4500.  In very good overall condition.  Measures 41" x 35" overall
• Northstar Gas Powered Pressure Washer with a Honda Engine, on a Rolling Cart.  It has a hose and nozzle and is reported to be in working condition, but is untested by us.
• Echo Gas Powered Leaf Blower, in good clean condition.  Powers up and runs.
• Echo SRM 225 Gas Powered Weed Eater, in good clean condition.  Powers up and runs.
• John Deere Lawn Tractor Model LT160, 16hp with a 42" cut, in good working condition.  Comes with a yard cart #10 and the leaf vacuum system.  The mower has good tires, and the seat's in good condition but it does have one taped repair.  The yard cart has good tires, too.
• Lot of 3 Vintage Metal Chairs, including 1 true rocker and the other 2 with a bit of spring in the legs.  They come with a small round table and they've all been hand-painted with a little garden scene.  They're in very good shape with almost no rust on the chairs, although there is a little bit on the bolts that hold them together.
• Cute White Wicker Porch Swing on long chains with springs at the top.  In good condition with pretty pillows and no breaks in the wicker.  The chair itself is 65" wide and the chains hang 68" apart.
• Tyco Set #6223 TRX with lots of track, car bodies, and motors, plus powers packs and controllers.  Looks fairly complete and is untested by us.
• Queen Size Super Elegant Bedding Set, including comforter and 8 matching pillows. The comforter has comforters that are cut for a queen and it's made of a fabric that has Colonial Era rose farmers on it; there is a plaid section at the top and the pillows are all of the same or complementary fabric and are in a variety of sizes and shapes.
• Pipka Irish Santa, like new with original box and papers.
• Pipka Laplander Santa, like new with the original box and papers.
• Pipka Memories of Christmas Sant, like new with the original box and papers.
• Pipka Patriotic Santa, like new with the original box and papers.

• J1.  Carlo Biagi Sterling Silver 32" Necklace with several custom sparkly beads.  Like new with the original box.  This company sells the necklace with one large bead on the end of the necklace, and then you can add beads over time.  There are 3 extra beads on this one, with clear, blue, and a mix of clear and blue crystals.
• J2.  26" Sterling Silver Necklace by Carlo Biagi with 2 extra beads--one green crystals and one pink.  Like new in the original box.
• J3.  Pair of Lenox Cameo Earrings.  In good condition, in a box with a COA.  They're in a goldtone frame that's just over 1" long, and are porcelain cameos of a young woman.
• J4.  Mixed Set of Sterling Silver Jewelry with a stone in each that looks like Larimar.  There is a bangle bracelet with a horseshoe shaped clasp, a small heart-shaped pendant, and a Sterling Silver Necklace with a whale tail pendant.  
• J5.  Talbot's Sterling Necklace with a Seahorse Charm, in the original Talbot's bag.  It's adjustable length from 17"-20".  
• J6.  Sterling Silver Box Chain Necklace with a Sterling Pendant that has a large oval Fiber Eye in pink.  The chain and pendant are in good clean condition and the chain is 24" long.
• J7.  Pretty Sterling Silver Vermeil Link Bracelet.  Each link has an assortment of colored stones on it.  7.5" long and in very good condition.
• J8.  2 Sterling Silver Bracelets--one by Carlo Biagi with a single all-black bead, and the second is a classic rope bracelet with a lobster clasp.  Both are in very good condition.
• J9.  Garnet and Jade Necklace with a bar and toggle clasp.  The necklace is made of a double strand of round and faceted garnets and it has 4 Jade spacers, plus a Jade pendant with 5 Garnet tassels.  In very good overall condition.
• J10.  Lot of 3 Watches, including a Men's Waltham 17 Jewel Shock Resistant Tank Style Watch.  It winds and runs a little bit.  There is also a Men's Gold Timex and a Woman's Gemtime Quartz Watch with a Malachite face and Malachite all the way around the band.  The Gemtime and Timex both need batteries and the bezel is loose on the Timex.
• J11.  14K Italian Gold Omega Necklace.  It's in very nice condition and has a good clasp with a safety catch.  Measures approximately 17" long and comes in a box to keep it in good condition.  Total Weight is approximately 20g.
• J12.  Assortment of 14K Charm Bracelet Charms, from places around the world.  Including:  Alaska; Lake Tahoe; Hot Springs, Virginia; St. Thomas; Bahamas; Butchart Gardens, Canada; plus there's one with a palm tree and a Sterling one from Williamsburg, VA.  8 charms in total; total weight is 17.5g.
• J13.  Sterling Silver Vermeil Link Bracelet with Blue Sapphire.  Every other link is Vermeil and it is Sterling fashioned to look like there are small diamonds, but there are not any.  It has a good catch with a double safety and measures 7.5" long.  In good condition.
• J14.  Fabulous Judith Ripka Sterling Silver Ring, Size 9, with a Millennium cut crystal over a baby blue stone in back.  
• J15.  Judith Ripka Jeweled Sterling Silver Pendant, with the original pouch.  In like new condition.  It has little hearts on the bottom corners and beneath the bail, and the bail opens for easy on/off and it has a safety catch.
• J16.  Beautiful Signed Sterling Silver Ring with a light blue center stone, possibly Aqua, surrounded by Pave black gems, which also go down the shank.  Marked 925 and in like new condition.  Size 9.  
• J17.  10K White Gold Man's Ring, size 8.5, with a synthetic red Emerald-cut stone in the center.  It has really pretty Yellow Gold medallions down the side.  It is marked 10K, although it is worn and a little faint, but still visible.  Weight is 5.8g.  Nice ring!
• J18.  Vintage Women's Ring, Size 7.5, in 14K Yellow Gold.  The Turquoise center stone is a large oval cabochon with interesting colors and in good overall condition, and there is some pretty openwork on the shank.  It is not stamped, but acid-tests 14K.
