Leave the driveways open for pick-ups, and handicap drop offs.

Please, YOU MUST BRING SOMEONE WITH YOU FOR LOADING AND LIFTING, if you plan on buying heavy items.
Please bring boxes, paper, or bags for your items. We will have bags and paper but we might run out. Having been to our sales, you know what I mean.
We are taking CASH only on this sale. If you plan on coming, please don't just bring big bills. (Not unless you plan on using all of it.)

This is a very lovely home with some really nice furnishings in it. Things like you like to buy and use in your homes. We are anxious for you to come and see just what all is there for you to purchase. 

We didn't get much of a notice to get it prepared, but the good part is, the family has been in there and getting everything together for us. The house is also very clean and everything in it is in very good condition. So, we do expect you to find many things you'd want to purchase.
