• Parking: Parking on same side of the road as the sale house only. Be considerate of
Directions: Several ways but my focus will be from Maynardville Pike via Gray Rd to McCloud. Right onto McCloud appx. 1⁄2 mile to Stewarts Ridge SD turning right into it and go to top of hill and turn right on Nathan Road.
Parking: Please be respectful of all neighbor driveways, mailboxes and their ingress and egress capabilities and do not block. Patience is a good attribute to have and practiced by all. Parking on right side which is same as sale house is on as you enter/ approach the home.at the sale house at all due to size of roadways (Handicap Parking drop off/Pick up at the sale house can be accommodated-see Attendant and Alert staff and post Handicap sticker so they can see it. Drop offs will try and be accommodated at the driveway. We will do our best to monitor the situation etc. Thanks!
Entrance: Enter at Front door during initial opening each day and exit through the garage only.
Exit: Through Garage Door to checkout. Checkout is outside at the garage in/near driveway. Hold Area -TBD near garage
Tickets: Available an hour before sale usually or earlier, and this reserves your place in line at opening when called As/If/When required. Tickets are usually located and hanging off a large orange traffic (orange safety cone) near driveway/street unless provided by staff, one hour before sale usually. Take lowest number ticket one per person attending. Our folks may not arrive or be available to talk before opening time due to preparing for the sale and making things nice and ready for you during the hour or so before the sale opening time.

We must be able to see all items being purchased. “Start-A-Pile” sticker from checkout area requiring a name associated with your pile to be held will be provided when asked. Upon pricing of piles, when ready with staff, all items and piles will need to be sorted and displayed such that all merchandise can be seen so a discounted price can be determined.
Credit Cards & Other Info: When using a credit card, we are charged 3% processing and therefore the customer utilizing a charge card is billed the 3%. You are responsible for removal/loading as help is very limited. Heavy large items you will need to arrange for appropriate level of help and schedule for pick up. Also, remember to bring covers or moving blankets, boxes for post purchase movement as you may need them. We try to provide boxes/bags while they last and can be found.
