This is a very unique estate sale!!  It is a teardown!!!   The home was built in 1906!!   We are selling the hundred year old windows (glass is wavy to show its age), beautiful hardwood floors, bead board, lower kitchen cabinets, kitchen island, doors, door frames, foundation rocks, cabinets, columns, fireplace mantels, iron security doors, light fixtures, pedestal sink, dry sauna, and lots more!!  Sizes of doors and windows are posted in the photos. They were the creators of the vintage horror film, "Side Sho", which won Best Feature Film and Best Original Score at the 2007 Terror Film Festival.  We have a few props from that and sketches from the movie.
