We are starting later to give you plenty of time. The property is gated, and there is no space for roadside parking. Number tickets will be available at the mailbox. The gate will open at 9am. There is ample parking near the barn, but you will need to walk up a slight incline to access the sale.

The residential areas of the property will be OFF LIMITS during the sale. There is plenty of parking on the air strip.

We are liquidating the surplus inventory for a lovely lakeside home prior to its being listed. The sale will be held in the barn/hangar.
