Seven Seas will conduct a Hybrid Estate Sale over the weekend of April 16-17, to liquidate the contents of a fine Home with Woodworker’s Shop, in the Avalon subdivision, just west of Dixie Lee Junction.  The sale has a 241  Lot Online Auction and a great Tag Sale in the home.  We will run this sale by appointment; anyone can get an appointment using our Online Scheduler which will be available here, starting Sunday the 11th. • Handmade Solid Wood Dining Table with Two Leaves and Six Chairs. In very good clean condition. The table measures 6'3 long without leaves and sits on Queen Anne Legs. Each leaf is 12" wide, which makes the table 87" as shown x 42 wide x 29" tall. The chairs have Queen Anne Styling with a Cream Color Upholstery. Built to last!
• Fine Oriental Rug with Beautiful Colors and Floral Design. In very good clean condition. 9' long x 6'2 wide. It has been under the dining table so shows very little wear other than along one edge that received traffic.
• Handmade Two Drawer Console Table in Solid Wood with Queen Anne Legs. In very good clean condition with just a couple of small marks on top. 37" wide x 20.5" deep x 28" tall.
• Beautiful Floral Tapestry with the Curtain Rod and Giant Tassels from Tapestry Limited, High Point, North Carolina. 41" wide x 53" tall. In beautiful condition with great color. The curtain rod is about 50" wide.
• Handmade Buffet with Fold Out Wings. Underneath has a heat protective layer underneath. 42" wide x 19" deep x 34" tall. 60" wide with the leaves out. Very good clean condition with a nice finish.
• Delta Band Saw on a Three Wheel Dolly. Catalog #28-203. good clean working condition.
• Delta 10" Power Miter Saw on a Folding Ryobi Stand with extendable braces on the end for working with molding, etc. all in really good clean shape.
• Ridgid Shop Vac with 5 Horse power motor and 16 Gallon capacity. We have hoses and ends for it, even though not pictured.

• Vintage Craftsman Lathe on a Super Sturdy Handmade Stand and powered by a Craftsman Motor. Good working condition. The table is 5' long. The maximum size piece of wood it will take is 36".

• Antique Scroll Saw with a motor. We found this one boxed so it's untested.

• Solid Wood Desk with Two doors on the left side and single faux drawer for a keyboard tray over the place for the chair. Comes with a glass top protector. 52" wide x 24" deep x 31" tall. Good sturdy condition with nice finish. One small ding on the finish.
• Unusual Three Drawer Cabinet/File. The top two drawers have a beveled front and there is a divider in the drawer that you can use to hang files. In very good clean condition with a nice finish. 30" wide x 18" deep x 41" tall.
• Samsung HD Flat Screen TV. Model HLS5687WX/XAA. 56" wide in good working condition. As of writing we have not found the remote.

• Awesome Leather Easy Chair & Ottoman in good overall condition. The leather is made to look aged though is in good sturdy condition with no holes or tears. The chair has a tufted back with large brass tacks on the front. The ottoman has the matching tacks and both pieces sit on round wooden feet. chair is 41" wide x 42" deep x 36" tall. the ottoman is 21" x 32".
• Large Beautiful Iron Coffee Table with Glass Top & Under shelf made of scrolls and leaves. 44" square x 17" tall. In very good condition. We do not see any dings to the glass.
• Broad Stone Topped Console Table on a Metal Base with Leafy Accents. Pretty scrolling design with leaves in the base. 73" wide x 19" deep x 33" tall.
• Pile of Useful Lumber including 12 -2x6, some 2 x 4 and several smaller bits.
• PAIR of Metal Framed Bar Stools with tapestry style upholstery on the seats. Very good clean condition. 21" wide x 21" deep x 45" tall.
• Pretty Pine Round Table that comes with two leaves, four chairs, and a matching lazy Susan. 54" diameter, each leaf is 20" for a total of 94" in diameter. Pretty floral upholstery. In overall good condition with just average wear to the surface.
• Oversized Easy Chair by Norwalk with accent pillows and ottoman. It has red upholstery with a little fading. 51" wide x 44" deep x 34" tall. The ottoman is 32" x 45"

• Chest/Buffet by Milling Road Furniture made of Knotty Pine. Very good clean condition. 54" wide x 19" deep x 42" tall.
• Lot of Three Handmade Tables including a coffee table and two taller end tables. They are made of knotty pine and they are in good sturdy condition with a few scuffs, especially the coffee table. The coffee table is 38" long x 23" deep x 19" tall. The end tables are 24" square x 24" tall.
• Pretty Table Lamp with Cream & Gold with a broad shade. In good working condition. 35" tall.
• Reproduction of a Renoir Artwork housed in a beautiful gold frame. 35" wide x 31" tall.
• Bentwood Patio Table & Chair Set. The glass top table sits one six sided base and measures 54" diameter. The chairs are arm chairs with light brown upholstery. They are in good shape except the one that is shown in pictures. There is peeling on the cross bracing in the table base.
• Outdoor Sofa in Three Sections that cane be used together or separately. Cream color cushions plus an ottoman. As shown it is 80" wide x 26.5 deep x 26.5 tall.

• Cub Cadet  Riding Lawnmower Model #142-633-100 with matching yard cart. It is a 14 horsepower V-twin engine. All in very good clean condition. Client reports it's running but it's untested by us. Manufactured in 2003. Shows 290 hours on the dash.

• Sweet Antique Kitchen Clock in Solid Wood Case from the Waterbury Clock Company. Strikes on a round bell and a coined chime. Appears to be complete, but the pendulum needs to be reattached. 9" W x 11" H
• Handsome Wide Mantle Clock in Beautiful Art Deco Case. It has a silver dial with gold numbers and hands. Cover has a good hinge, as does the back cover. The movement appears to be incomplete, and there is no pendulum. A worthy candidate for clock repair. 24" W x 11" H
• Lot of 3 Vintage Roseville Vases. Includes a 251-4 in great condition, a 963-6 in great condition, and a 102-6 in good condition other than a small chip off the top rim.

• Tyco Double Danger Slotless Racing Set. Includes track, controllers, power cord, and two vehicles. In the original box. The box is a little rough but the contents are in good condition.
• Vintage Fort Apache Action Playset by Louis, Marx, and Co. Style #4685. Comes with the original metal fort, carry case, and most if not all the original figures appear to be preserved inside. It has a good hinge brass handle and clasp and no visible rust.
• Futaba Digital Proportional Radio Control System Model #FP-7FGK. In the original box with manual.
• Kadet Mark II Radio Control Airplane Kit by Sig. In the original box with instructions. It looks like someone may have started working on it but we think it's still complete.
• P47 Thunderbolt Balsa Wood Model Airplane Kit by Comet. Still sealed in the original box!
• Large Beveled Mirror in a very ornate frame. Base looks like it was meant to sit on another piece of furniture. It has an antiqued finish that is generally in good shape but flaking in a couple of spots. Approx 42" x 54"
• Dietzgen Parallel Rule Drawing Board in a Carrying Case. The board is in good clean condition and the case is in good sturdy condition but a bit dusty.
• Craftsman Gas Powered Pressure Washer on a Rolling Cart.  Model #919762500. It is 6.5 horsepower with 2500 psi and 2.7 gpm. It is in good, clean, lightly used condition.

• Jet Pneumatic High Speed Overarm Router on a Heavy Duty Base with Heavy Duty Casters. Model POR-22-1. it comes with a hose, light and foot pedal. It is located to an outer door with a flat patio over to a loading area. Extremely heavy. Buyer must bring adequate equipment and assistance to move.
