We will be limiting the amount of people in the home as well as in certain rooms at a time. There is no set limit at this time, it will be what we feel is safe and comfortable for shoppers.
Police officers will be present on site during the sale. Follow their directions and all traffic laws when parking. Please do not block driveways, fire hydrants, or mailboxes. We recommend carpooling as parking is limited. Parking will be limited to the opposite side of the street from the home. Only park on the side of the street opposite from the home.

Numbers will be given out on Thursday (there is no set time that numbers will begin being handed out).

Golf Cart will be sold to the best offer. Minimum Offer $4,000. Offers must be submitted by 3 PM on Saturday July 15th.
