All items must be removed NLT 2:00 PM on Saturday.
YOU MUST HAVE MOVING HELP TO MOVE ANY LARGE ITEMS! WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HELP YOU AS WE WILL BE ASSISTING OTHERS DURING THE SALE. We do have a couple of numbers of independent contractors that will help you for a fee. They may not be on site. They do not work for Blue Moon Estate Sales.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1) We do not allow sold stickers, other than our own. If you wish to purchase an item, ask one of our associates for a sold sticker. You are then obligated to purchase that item.
2) Be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before you pay for them. Remember all items SOLD AS IS, NO REFUNDS. We do not guarantee electronic items are in working order. Please test them in advance of purchasing the item.
3) Prices are not negotiable the first day of a sale, but discounts will occur over the course of the sale, after the first day.
4) Buyer is responsible for removal of large items purchased by two hours before closing on the last day of the sale unless a prior arrangement has been made. Please bring your own help as our employees do not help load large items.
5) Please understand that if anyone is caught stealing, we will call the police.
6) Doors will open at the published time, not before. Numbers will be given out at the Welcome Sign one hour prior to opening to determine who enters first.
7) If you pick up an item and decide not to buy, please place the item back where you got it. If not, please give to an employee and ask them to put the item back where it belongs.
8) If you break or damage an item you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.
9) Please do not bring food or drinks into the house and do not leave your trash on the front porch.
10) We don't do Pre-sales or Give out Prices prior to the estate sale.

This is not your typical Tellico Village sale! The home is open and flowing, and as such, the decor goes all the way up! You will find Alice in Wonderland themed collectibles, farm themed decor, patio furniture, high end furniture and decor, men's and women's fashion, tools, and household items in this large 3 story home. There's also a few classic car inspired collectibles and artwork by Jorge Ferreyra-Basso and lots of holiday decorations including some "Christmas Magic" limited edition Mark Robert's Santas and Fairies. More items may be added so stay tuned!
Almost all remaining items will be 50% off on Saturday (excl. precious metals).
Hey Blue Moon Shoppers! We're asking for your help to support students in the community as they begin another school year. Purchase a backpack and school supplies at your local store, then drop it off at our Tellico Village Vibrant Blue Moon Estate Sale (222 Konawa Ln.) on Saturday, August 10 (9am-2pm), and be entered in a raffle for a $100 gift card. All backpacks and school supplies will be donated to the Loudon County Family Resource Center. Please see supply list for recommended items to include in your backpack.
