By registering and participating in the online auction, you agree to the following:

Bidders may find the inspection schedule and location on the details pages of each auction. All items are purchased as is, where is without warranty expressed or implied. If you do not attend the scheduled preview, you waive all rights to dispute your purchases. The purchaser is responsible for the merchandise once the auction ends, including packing and loading at the pickup site. If you desire extra insurance on your purchases you must inform us and pay for that extra insurance as part of your shipping costs. Items will be shipped within 10 business days of payment of items.

No item shall be removed before full settlement. Registration with a valid credit card is required before placing a bid in an online auction. The credit card is used only to secure one's bids or if the payment period for an auction has elapsed. In the event that your item(s) are not picked up, your credit card will be charged the full amount of purchase plus a $20.00 no show fee. You may also incur up to a $25.00 reschedule fee if agent/auctioneer is required to make a special trip to the auction site.

Descriptions, sizes, colors, or other information offered as part of the listing is for reference only. Potential bidders are responsible for verifying information regarding the item. Bidder acknowledges it is their responsibility to inspect all assets and to make their own inquires. Unless otherwise noted, gemstone jewelry is lab created. Please read descriptions carefully.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER ON ASSET CONDITION - If you are purchasing any assets without viewing them, you are doing so at your own risk. We will do our best to provide photographs of each asset being sold at The Raines Collective. We do not use "stock" photographs.Our policy is to provide at least one photograph of every lot that you are purchasing.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ONLINE AUCTION SYSTEMS ARE SUBJECT TO VARIOUS INTERNET SPEEDS. YOU ARE ENCOURAGED TO USE THE MAX BID FEATURE AND YOU ARE ENCOURAGED TO NOT BID "AT THE LAST SECOND". ENTER YOUR BIDS PROMPTLY TO ALLOW THE ONLINE SYSTEM TO PROCESS ALL BIDS IN A TIMELY FASHION. GOOD LUCK!

All of our auctions feature a soft close. If a bid on any item is received within three minutes of close, that item will automatically extend for three minutes. Each time there is bidding activity within the last three minutes of the item close bidding will continue to extend three minutes until there is no bidding activity within the last three minutes of the current close time.

Shipping and Removal - Items may be picked up in person as outlined in the Auction Description. We also provide shipping services as outlined below (not available for all auctions), or you may arrange your own pickup and/or shipping.

Shipping is offered on certain items. If the purchaser desires shipping, the auctioneer must be notified via email to therainescollective@gmail.com or text 615-995-1463 immediately after receiving an invoice and prior to any payments being made. A $8.00 charge will be added to the invoice for handling. The items will be taken to FedEx or UPS for packing and shipping. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees.

Should damage occur during shipping you will need to contact the shipper to make a claim.

If you are unable to pick up your items during removal times and by the removal deadline, and do not make arrangements for shipping, a storage fee of $10 per day will be charged starting with the day after the removal deadline. At the end of 7 days items will be considered abandoned. Abandoned items will be disposed of or resold at our discretion without compensation to the buyer.

You must be at least 18 years old to bid.
