This beautiful estate also includes two beautiful Canopy beds, perfect if your space needs that romance of yesteryear! Auction also includes some great accent and collector pieces such as antique and vintage Fenton glassware, David Winter's Cottage collection, crystal, and much more! Take advantage of this wonderful buying opportunity to add some lovely, quality pieces of furniture to your home! Please be aware, this is a pet-friendly home and is currently home to a dog and formerly the home of cats in the past. Some pet hair and/or dander is to be expected with upholstered items as well as some damage caused by cats. 

A preview will be offered by Appointment Only on Friday, June 2nd from 1 pm - 3 p.m EST. If you would like to schedule an appointment to preview items please call 865-712-7110 by Thursday, June 1st at 5 pm EST to schedule a time between 1 pm and 3 pm EST on June 2nd. 

Auction lots will begin soft-closing Friday, June 2nd at 7 pm EST. 

Cards on file will be processed at the close of the auction. Items will be available for pick-up Saturday, June 3rd from 12 p.m. EST - 7 p.m. EST at the estate in Maryville, TN. If you are a winning bidder, you will receive an email with instructions on pick-up and an attached invoice with the estate location listed.
