Purple Plum Estate Liquidators is selling the entire contents in a 1 day Sell-Out/Must All Go Event. Start-A-Pile for this one so come get it. Buy Out-Cleanouts are welcome as there is so much to sell. Note start time of 8AM. Note: Parking at the house is limited on the grounds of the home to about 8 cars. Parking attendants will provide direction at the house as parking in circle drive becomes available. However, a turnout south of the road on Cochran prior to the house (if coming from Sandy Springs Rd.) will hold about 8 cars (4 on each side of that entrance) if everyone parks at an angle on both sides of the turnout. NOTE: This turnout, although wooded, is a paved access road and people go in and out the gates thus, do not block their entrance. (This parking is only 3 to 4 houses away prior to sale house on left) Other parking will be limited to opposite side of the road from sale house as possible. Be considerate of neighbor’s yards, driveways and mailboxes.

Special NOTE 1- Special: First, a Special set up of tables full of Sterling items (Sold/Processed by Others) located after leaving PP garage checkout in a coned off area itself. This is a separate “pay to” at that station. No Items of PP Estate Sale are to be checked and paid for there as this will be your last stop after checking/paying out with Estate PP items at the garage as you leave the sale.
Special Note 2 – There is a garage full and shop inside garage as well as weight room. There are two separate staircases to different bedroom areas. You cannot go to Each area via only one staircase so check out both. There is a downstairs area Finished basement, via stairs down next to the living room fireplace next to pier mirror.

Parking: IMPORTANT: Parking off road along opposite side of the road from the sale house. Cochran Road is considered rural country thus NO PARKING allowed on sale house side of the street as Emergency vehicle access and neighbor ingress and egress is required to pass. Please be respectful of all neighbor driveways, mailboxes yards and their ingress and egress capabilities and do not block. Patience is a good attribute to have and practiced by all. No parking on the grass. A sprinkler system is installed. Thanks!
Entrance: Enter at Side door by garage into main house by special Blue Cones (Coned off all day for just entry)
Exit: Checkout is outside in garage at driveway. Hold Area -TBD near same.
Tickets: Available an hour before sale usually or earlier, and this reserves your place in line at opening when called. As/If/When required. Located normally on the cone near driveway/street unless provided by staff. Take lowest number ticket one per person attending. Our folks may not arrive or be available to talk before opening time due to preparing for the sale and making things nice and ready for you during the hour or so before the sale opening time.
We must be able to see all items being purchased. “Start-A-Pile” piles will need to be sorted and displayed such that all merchandise can be seen so a discounted price can be determined.
Credit Cards & Other Info: When using a credit card, we are charged 3% processing and therefore the customer utilizing a charge card is billed the 3%. You are responsible

for removal/loading as help is very limited. Heavy large items you will need to arrange for appropriate level of help and schedule for pick up. Also, remember to bring covers or moving blankets, boxes for post purchase movement as you may need them.
