Seven Seas will conduct a Hybrid Estate Sale over the weekend of September 27-28, to liquidate the lovely contents of a home in Maryville, TN.  The home has great Furniture, Art & Collectibles, plus lots of Jewelry & Coins!  There is a nice Tag Sale as well as the 240 Lot Online Auction! 1.        Fabulous Walnut Victorian Hall Tree. 32" wide x 12" deep x 88" tall. It has an oval mirror in the center with a demilune candle rest below and has an opening for a drip pan with a serpentine edge to lean your umbrellas and canes. There are five coat and hat pegs around the top section which is very ornate scrolled edges. Beautiful piece in great condition.
2.        Mid Century Slate Top Rolling Bar by Stanley. The body has a single door in the center with long drop pull and the open sections on either side have a shelf. There is metal scroll work on the ends and the whole thing sits on casters. You can push it around and have a drink! The slate top is inset and in good condition. 48" wide x 20" deep x 29" tall.
3.        Matching Stanley Four Door Buffet. It is oak with fly speck accents on the top. The four panel doors have a long pull in the center. Super sturdy with just a few scuffs to the finish. 72" long x 17" deep x 29" tall.
4.        Beautifully Framed Print of a Flower Garden by Clark Voorhees. It is triple matted and housed in a lovely gilt frame. 40" wide x 35" tall.
5.        Framed Print of the Portrait of Charlotte du Val d'Ognes. It is a cool image of a woman looking directly out of the frame. Double matted and housed in a decorative gilt frame. 17" x 20".
6.        PAIR of Heavy Brushed Brass Lamps with Silk Shades. They have a super sixties look with switch on base and fixture. 40" tall and in good working condition.
7.        Cute Green Upholstered Loveseat with a Ruffle Edge. 55" wide x33" deep x 34" tall. Exceptionally clean.
8.        Cute Green Upholstered Sofa with a Ruffle Edge. 73" wide x 35" deep x 33" tall. Exceptionally clean. This is sofa also comes with matching pillows.
9.        PAIR of Fine Antique Fine Porcelain Vases. The vases have ladies cooking or making paper. The other side shows temples. 15" tall. Originally $240 each.
10.  Kitchen Dining Table with Internal Leaf and Six Chairs. The table has a natural wood top on a painted green base. The chairs are Windsor style with painted green legs and back, plus natural base and cushions. The table is 54" long without leaf and the leaf is 12". 35" wide x 29.5" tall. All six chairs fit comfortably under the table. 18" wide x 19" deep x 37" tall.
11.  Set of Pretty Floral China by Embassy. 12 dinner plates, 11 salad plates, 8 bread plates, covered vegetable dish, two serving bowls, cream & sugar, two platters, 10 large bowls, 8 small bowls, 7 saucers, a serving platter with a turkey and 1 cup. All good condition with no chips and light wear to the gold trim.
12.  Rolling Tea Cart in wood and metal. It has a solid mahogany top 21" x 30" lined with a brass gallery rail. It is on a scrolling metal frame that has been painted green and has an undershelf. This all sits on sturdy metal casters. 28" tall. Good sturdy condition with wear to the finish on the top, perhaps where it got wet.
13.  Vintage Hardwood Drop Leaf Dining Table with One Leaf and Six Lovely Chairs. The table is about 28" long without the leaf and the drop leaf is down. Its is 64" long as shown with center leaf and drop leaves up. 40" wide x 30" tall. The chairs are five side chairs and one captain chair all with nice upholstery and pretty carving on the backrest. The chairs have  nice finish, though some need a bit of glue to tighten the top rail.
14.  Lot of Three Brace Back Windsor Chairs. They are oak and 16" wide x 19" deep x 36" tall. They have turned spindles and rails. All in good sturdy condition.
15.  Cherry Round Center Table on Three Splayed Legs. 21" diameter x 26" tall. Light finish on beautiful wood grain. Good and sturdy.
16.  Walnut Victorian Marble Top Oval Accent Table. 20" wide x 14" deep x 30" tall. It has four carved legs and a center finial. Good sturdy condition with a nice finish.
17.  Magnificent Mahogany China Hutch with Fine Carving and Hardware. Made of several pieces and includes center section with two drawers over an open section with two carved doors. This section has a step back top section with a mirror back open area on the bottom and two glass doors with fancy muttons and beveled glass pieces. The two side sections match with both having the stepdown and step back section. There is a door on the bottom with lovely carving and a glass door section with three shelfs. Overall 74" wide x 22" deep x 88" tall. Great condition and beautiful details.
18.  Beautifully Framed Print of Irises. It is number 947 of 1500 and signed Carmel Foret. It is quadruple matted in a gilt frame. 23" x 27".
19.  PAIR of Beautiful Cherry Queen Anne One Drawer End Tables by Pennsylvania House. They have the Chippendale hardware and Queen Anne legs in super clean condition. 21.5" wide x 27" deep x 23" tall. In great condition with just a few scuffs to the finish.
20.  Queen Anne Drop Leaf Coffee Table with slide out supports for the drop leaves. 17" wide with leaves down x 28" with leaves up x 42" long x 17.5" tall. Good condition with just a few scuffs to the finish.
21.  PAIR of  Lamps with Three Image Panels on the Porcelain Body and Brand New Shades. The panels have a lady, love birds and children. The shades are still sealed in plastic. Single light fixtures with switches on base. 35" tall and in great condition.
22.  PAIR of Cherry Chippendale Three Drawer End Tables by Pennsylvania House. They have Chippendale batwing hardware and very nice finish with just a few scuffs on the top. Overall good condition.
23.  Unique Hand Blown Amber Glass Canister with Molded Faces and Lid. It has a five inch medallion applied to the side. Both the base and lid have a pontil showing it is handblown glass. 12" tall and in very good condition.
24.  Handy Upholstered Slipper Chair with Rose Fabric. It sits on four legs with protectors. The chair has a scrolling back rest and in very clean condition. 22" wide x 32" deep x 35" tall.
25.  Unusual Mahogany Star Shaped Table with Carved Feet. It has a three legged base with a six sided top. It has concave edges with a star ship. There is a center finial and turned center post. All this sits on ball and claw feet. 26" x 22" x 25" tall.
26.  Wing Back Recliner Chairs with Rose Pattern Upholstery. It is in good mechanical condition with just a bit of wear on the front of the seat. It is cream, blues and green in color. There is one wee hole in seat. 32" wide x 35" deep x 44" tall.
27.  Hand Done Cross-stitch of Three Verses of Amazing Grace . It is double matted and housed in a gilt frame. 15" x 22".
28.  Villeroy & Boch Service for 6 in the Geranium Pattern. We have a teapot, dinner plate, cream & sugar, salt & pepper, cups & saucers, gravy, two sizes of bowls, serving platter, porcelain handled utensils and all in very good condition.
29.  Rustic Pine Three Drawer Chest with Faux Leather Top and Fly Speck details. Overall it has a ranch design. 30" wide x 18" deep x 30" tall. Good condition with an intentionally distressed finish.
30.  Large Hand Hammered Copper Pot with Iron Hardware. 19" diameter x 11" tall with iron handles on two sides. It is antique and still water proof…just like WK.
31.  Large Turkish Water Pitcher that has pretty ornamentation and good construction. 28" tall.
32.  Modern Maple Console Table with one shelf in the center and nicely curved edges. 60" x 16" deep x 28" tall. Overall good condition with a nice finish.

36.  PAIR of Tall Table Lamps with Scrolling Column. They are 29" tall with a single light fixture and paneled shades.
37.  PAIR of Cute Table Lamps with Paneled Silk Shades. They are 23" tall with a single light fixture.
38.  PAIR Hammered Turkish Copper Water with Detachable Sprinkler Head. 19" tall.
39.  Two Water Pitchers with Lids in Turkish Copper. They are slightly different and measure 15" to 16" tall.
40.  Serta Queen Size Adjustable Mattress with Four Poster Bed Frame. The mattress is covered with a mattress pad protector. The wood bed frame is in good condition. The mattress with adjustable bed frame sits inside the wood four poster bed frame. The bedframe is cherry with turned posts and solid headboard and very low foot board. The total height is 80" tall.
41.  Pennsylvania House Nightstand with One Drawer over Two Drawers. In very clean condition. 26" wide x 16" deep x 26.5" tall.

44.  Handmade Wedding Ring Quilt with scalloped edges and is super cute. There is a wee stain though no holes or tears. 68" wide x 84" long.
45.  Handmade Quilt with Ring Pattern with straight edges. The main color is a vibrant red with no holes or tears. 68" wide x 77" tall.
46.  Small Sculptured Wool Rug with Roses. It has cream, green, pinks and red colors. 36" x 66".
47.  Beautiful Gold Comforter & Two King Pillow Shams with Birds, Flowers and Leaves. It sits on a queen bed though seems it could be used on a king size bed.
48.  Wicker Five Drawer Dresser and Two  Drawer Nightstands by Henry Link. Each piece has a glass top protector. They are in overall good condition. The dresser is 34" wide x 19.5" deep x 48.5" tall. The end tables are 24" wide x 17" deep x 24" tall.
49.  Matching Wicker Cedar Lined Chest with Pillow Top Seat. Good hinges and braces. The wicker is in good shape. Store your toys, quilts, clothes or whatever in this nice chest. 49" long x 19" deep x 23" with most amazing cushion, ever.
50.  PAIR of Wicker Rockers one has a full cushion seat and back, though other has a cushion seat. The upholstery matches the chest. The wicker is in nice shape with a good paint job.
51.  Antique Cherry Vanity with Stool with small drawer on either side of the center opening. It sits on round turned legs with casters. It has a nice wood top with a nice carved medallion with a peak. The legs on the stool match the legs on the vanity. The stool has a rose pattern needle pattern seat. It few scuffs and the mirror needs to be tightened, though overall good condition. 40" wide x 18" deep x 62" tall. The stool is 15" x 17".
52.  Small Solid Oak Secretary Desk. It has the drop down front with good hinges and brace. There is an undershelf that stabilizes the four legs. It has five little dividers on the inside. Beautiful wood grain and super sturdy. 27" wide x 14" deep when closed x 44" tall.
53.  Set of 6 Monogramed Sterling Wine Goblets. The letters look like NCH and they are marked sterling by Gorham.
54.  Fine Antique Four Drawer Stepback Chest. It is walnut with peg construction and large boards in great condition. 42" wide x 20" deep x 42" tall.
55.  Beautiful Solid Cherry Multi Purpose Cabinet that is currently used as an office station. It could be used an entertainment center or convert to a wardrobe. 49" wide x 27" deep x 80" tall. In great condition other than a few scuffs on the desk surface.
56.  PAIR of Rustic Style Table Lamps with shades and topped with matching rustic finials. The shade is a barrel shape and the paint is intentionally distressed. 32" tall with a single light fixture.
57.  Fine Antique Drop Table with Wide Boards. It has gate legs with original wooden hinges and all the legs match. The surface of the table has been beautifully kept. 21" wide with leaves down x 53" with leaves up x 48" deep x 29" tall.
58.  Fabulous Silver Plate Tray with egrets by Pairpoint. It is 23" x 15". It has a gorgeous pattern. Beautiful handles though they are not mounted the same way.
59.  Full Size Iron Bed Frame Painted White with the Correct Rails. Includes the wooden slats as well. It has been painted white and overall the paint is in good shape with just a few scuffs here and there.
60.  Colorful Handmade Wedding Ring Quilt with Scalloped Edges. The quilt is in beautiful clean condition. 67" wide x 81" long. The main background is a bright yellow.
61.  Large Quilt with a Eight Point Star in the Center. It looks like us the top is hand stitched and the quilting was done on a machine. 94" x 103". Very good overall condition.
62.  Adorable Old Patchwork Quilt with a Stripe Pattern. It has a series of stripes running across diagonally it a yellow border. 60" x 73". In good general condition with one small fray on one edge.
63.  Chinese Ginger Jar with Family Theme Images on Brass Base. 8" diameter and 10" tall on base. In very good condition.
64.  Large Six Sided Jar on Wooden Base with Pretty Birds and a bird bath. There are also butterflies and flowers that adorn the pretty jar. 14" tall x 9" across. No chips or cracks. It has a label from Macau.
65.  Beautiful Crewel Work Wing Back Chair by Woodwork in 1976. The chair is in lovely condition with arm protectors. The tree pattern starts at the end of the chair to the top. The fruit looks like pomegranates. There are brown corduroy sides and back. The design is by Mary Webb Wood. 32" wide x 32" deep x 45" tall.

68.  Nice Antique Oak Wash Stand with Towel Bar. The base has a single drawer and one door. The top has single straight sides holding the round bar. Looks like newer hardware. In good sturdy condition though one of the door panels has a split. 26" wide x 18" deep x 52" tall.
69.  Fantastic Retro Curved Sofa with Cream Upholstery by Henredon. Partly down filled. There are four back pillows and one large cushion on the seat. It has the arm covers and is in overall great condition for its age. We believe it is even older than WK!! 91" long x 38" deep x 25" tall.
70.  Lot of Longaberger Baskets with dates from 1996, 1998, 1992, & 1999. There are seven in total. They all have plastic or cloth linings. All in very good condition.

76.  Beautiful Mahogany Oval Drop Leaf Table with Two Drawers. The drop leaf hinges and brace are in good condition. It has square tapered legs. 20" wide with leaves down and 38" leaves up x 28.5" deep x 28" tall. Great condition.
77.  Adorable Wee Drop Leaf Table. It is the baby sister to the previous listing. In very good condition. It has slightly flaring legs and no drawer. The wood is beautiful. 13" with leaves down x 28" with leaves up x 20" deep x 20" tall.
78.  Pretty Oval Mirror with Accents with beaded inner border. There is  flower pot on top and scrolling leaves. 18" wide x 35" tall.
79.  PAIR of Ribbed Body Lamps with Square Silk Shades. They have single light fixtures. 28" tall. The bodies are slightly different colors. The silk paneled shades are in good shape.
80.  Metal Basket of Carved Wood Gilt Spheres. It is 20" long and comes with nine spheres.
81.  Very Old Side Chair with Mogul Arch Top. It has a vase shaped back splat. It has one repair and looks like it needs a little more glue. 18" wide x 20" deep x 32" tall.

84.  Miscellaneous Turkish Copper Set with Bowl, Platter, and Umbrella Stand. The umbrella stand has wee creature faces on the sides. Everything in good condition.
85.  Large Water Pitcher and Bucket in Turkish Copper. They are 10" & 17" tall and in good shape.
86.  Large Brass or Copper Boiler Pot with handle. It appears to be water proof.
87.  Lot of Four Happy Holidays Special Edition Barbies New in Box. There are two 1996, 1997 and 1998.
88.  21 Southern Living Annual Recipe Books. Ranging from 1979 to 2023 with some years missing. All in good condition.
89.  10 Volumes of Consolidated Harper Magazines. The earliest is Volume 22 from 1861. We also have volumes 23, 25, 35, 37, 39, 42, 46, 74 and 80 from 1890. The bindings are sound with a few flakes to the covers. Generally they are all pretty solid.
90.  Trio Antique Eyeglasses in 14K and Gold Filled Frames. The ones in the front that have a spring clip to your nose are 14K and the others are gold filled marked 1/10 & 1/20.
91.  Lot of Four Chinese Rose Medallion Tea Service Items. They are all in good condition with no chips or cracks. The medium and large teapots have antique prices for $495 & $395.
92.  Trio of Chinese Rose Medallion Serving Pieces. There is a cake plate, a square dish and an unusual older dish with unique design.
93.  Lot of Seven Plates in Chinese Rose Medallion. There is one larger plate and six same size smaller plays. The set came from Dominick's Antiques on Kingston Pike and each smaller plate we $125 each.
94.  Vintage Chinese Rose Medallion 10" Bowl. The bowl is in very good condition.
95.  Teacups and Rice Bowls in Chinese Rose Medallion. Includes demitasse, cups with lodes, bowls and a tea cup. Only one cup has a missing handle. Overall the pieces are in pretty good shape.
96.  Set of Six Awesome Retro Gold Decorated Tumblers Called Spanish Windows by Imperial Glass. They are 6" tall and have a window pattern. Very good condition with no chips. The old IG emblem is on the bottom.
97.  Set of Noritake Reina with 12 salad plates, 11 bread plates, 10 each of two sizes of bowls, 13 cups, 11 saucers, 11 dinner plates, cream & sugar, gravy and three more serving pieces. Generally in good condition with a few chips.
98.  Newer White Console Cabinet with Louvered Doors. One corner has wear. 52" wide x 16" deep x 24.5" tall.
99.  Lot of Four Industrial Style Adjustable Bar Stools. They have a bronze paint job and sit on a three legged base. 16" diameter and stand 24" and higher.
100.                               Four Drawer Chest Designed Like a Pharmacy Chest. It is designed to look like lots of drawers though only four drawers. In overall good condition. 25" wide x 12" deep x 32" tall.

104.                               Rare and Collectable Homer Ledford Mountain Dulcimer. It has heart shaped spring pegs and heart shape cut outs. Mr. Ledford's card is inside with his signature and noting this is 1733. That he used a popular top over 100 years old. It has a few scuffs, yet no cracks. 34" long.
105.                               Appalachian Face Jug signed Charles Lick. 13" tall and in great condition.
106.                               Precious Hugh Bailey Ceramic of a Kangaroo and Joey. It has a well done repair to a leg and a wee chip off one ear.
107.                               Signed Bill Capshaw Vase Titled 'Keep Your Foot on the Gas' with newspaper article. It has a really cool gold patina from a Roku pit Mr. Capshaw is famous for. 9" tall.
108.                               Trio of Carved Wooden Ducks by Hardy Davidson. Each one is signed and names each type of duck. We have a mallard, a blue and green winged teal.
109.                               Very Cool Antique Dough Bowl that was stitched back together with wire. Great primitive and 16" diameter.
110.                               Nest of Hugh Bailey Ceramic Birds. They range from 5" to 7" long. All in very good condition.
111.                               Extra Cool Hugh Bailey Ceramic Dragon in great condition. 14" long.
112.                               Rooster and Owl Ceramic Figure by Hugh Bailey. They are both in great condition.
113.                               Outstanding Collection Coffee Mugs by Many Potters. We recognize some of the signatures of Foothills Craft Guild. They appear to be in good condition and you can have tea with your friends with this lot!
114.                               Trio of Ceramic Pieces by Charles Lick. They all have a blue and white stripe body. Two are vases and one is a handle jug style. They are 6.5 to 8.5" tall.
115.                               Antique Crock Jug with Tabaco Spit Glaze. It has a number 2 written on the side. The drizzle look in the glaze. 13" tall. Handles is in good shape.
116.                               Bill Capshaw 'Do Better Than You Think You Can Do' Vase. His card is included. 7" tall and pretty raku coloring.
117.                               Canvas Back Hand Carved and Hand Painted by Michael Oliver. In good condition.
118.                               Folk Art Whale Hunt Toy Signed Gillespie's. It has two rowers, a man with a Harpo and a whale. Good condition, though dusty. 17" long.
119.                               Collection of Handmade Wood Articles. Includes a First curl wooden box set by Bob Tress, wooden spoon by Karen Davis and a Birch bark bag.
120.                               Patriotic Glazed Rooster Signed A Glazier. 17" tall x 15" long. Wake up America!!
121.                               Collection of Pottery by Various Artists with Nine Pieces in Total. The tall striped jug is by Charles Lick, one by Thunderbolt Uta Seidel, a cup signed Grandal, and more!
122.                               Signed Beehive Vase from Cole Pottery of North Carolina. It has special functions that we are unsure of due to angles and holes.
123.                               Hugh Bailey Fox and Vase, Plus a Cat by S Yoking. They are all in good condition.
124.                               1854 Edition of the Eclectic Dispensatory by John King. Still well bound though there is mildew. This edition is very rare.
125.                               Lot of Four Civil War Era Medical Text Books. They all belonged to NS Marshall. Includes 'Diseases of the Stomach' 1875, 'Functional Nervous Disorders' 1877, 'System of Anatomy' 1875 and Surgical Diseases of infants and children' 1873. Binding is tact on all with the cover being off one of the books, though present.
126.                               Wood's Practice of Medicine Volume One and Volume Two. From the personal library of NS Marshall. Pre Civil war practice of medicine. Bindings are intact though there is foxing and mildew.
127.                               Roycrofters First Edition of The Rubaiyat Omar Khayyan from 1922. The leather is fragile though it is all there.
128.                               Lot of Eight Interesting Old Books Including Three From Roycrofter's. Some of the books included are 'The Poetical Works of Robert Burns', The Temple of Shakespeare the Merchant of Venice', 'The Temple of Shakespeare Henrici' and more!
