Who May Attend This Auction
This is a PUBLIC AUCTION and everyone is invited to attend, bid and buy at this auction. There is no cost to register and bid.
No Warranties:
All auction properties are sold in “as is, where is” condition. Seller makes no warranty as to the condition or the specific usefulness of any item sold. There are no refunds or exchanges.
Buyer's Premium:
A buyer's premium of ten percent (10%) will be added to the high bid to determine the total price to be paid. The full amount of the bid and buyer's premium must be paid in full immediately after the auction.
Inspection:
All items are available to be inspected prior to the auction date. Purchases are not subject to post auction inspections.
Payments:
Payments must be in the form of cash, cashier’s check or company check. All items must be paid for in full immediately following the auction. You will receive an email with the list of items that you won in the bidding. You may pay by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover), but there is a 3% additional charge for using any credit card.

We would like to thank Mr. Pat Halloran and family for this opportunity to sell some of their fine personal items. Mr. Halloran after retiring as president and CEO of the Orpheum has decided to sell they're beautiful River Bluff home and downsize to a condominium. These fun items that we are offering simply wouldn't fit into their new home. This is your chance to buy many one-of-a-kind items plus fine art by some of the most well-known artists such as Dali, Miro,Tiffany, Dun, Tyman, and many more.
