MASSIVE estate sale, Part I of IV!

Have you ever heard of an estate sale so massive that it was physically impossible to cram into a single weekend?  How about two weekends?  This sale is so INSANE that we have set aside FOUR weekends (two in April, followed by two more in June), and that’s just to get us to the point where we can reevaluate the need for more!

Our friend-client’s parents closed an antique store 15 years ago and have FOUR 10x25 storage units in Rockin’ Raleigh packed to the rafters full of cool junque!  Thankfully they were able to provide a Crosstown residential location for us to relocate and stage the actual sales.  This project is literally so incredible that we have dedicated / are dedicating the first half of 2024 to little else.  Tons and tons and tons of collectible smalls of every conceivable description.  Antique furniture project pieces out the wazoo.  Old books and ephemera too numerous to mention.  Seriously, these will be the kind of sales where if you don’t slow down and go through every room inch by inch, you’re going to miss something really awesome!
