Terms & Conditions

Payment is to be made in cash immediately following the auction at that location, prior to going to the next location. You will be given 24 hours to clean out the lockers you purchased, or make arrangements to rent the locker. Purchased lockers must be cleaned out completely. Anyone failing to clean a locker out completely will be banned from further auctions. Payment will be made directly to U-Haul.

Join us at 3561 Mendenhall at 9am for the first of several stops.  At this point, we have 8 locations and 36 lockers.  As with any storage auction, the number of locations and number of lockers may change.  At this point, our route will be:

This is a tentative schedule.  We will announce the next location we go from place to place.  Announcements made on day of auction take precedence over any other announcements.  Don't miss out on this auction.....several of the locations have the possibility of climate controlled units!

Bring your locks, or you may purchase locks at U-Haul, if available.
