U-Haul Storage Locker Auction

We start at 9am at the Mendenhall and Winchester location, so be there a little bit early, in the main lobby, to get your bidder number.  You are welcome to join us at any point during the day.  We post updates on the Memphis Area U-Haul Storage Locker Auctions facebook page as we move from location to location.  You can get a bidder number at any time during the sale, but you need one before you actually start bidding.  Your number will stay with you all day, so you only need to register once.  We will go to several locations through the day until all of the lockers are sold!

AS OF 9/6/19, WE WILL HAVE 47 LOCKERS TO SELL!  This number is subject to change if rent is paid before the auction starts at any given location.

ALL LOCKERS WILL SELL TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER REGARDLESS OF PRICE!

You typically have 24 hours to clean out the unit.  If you purchase more than one, or purchase lockers at different locations, they will make reasonable arrangements with yoyu to give you time to get them all cleaned out.  

YOU MUST TAKE EVERYTHING IN THE LOCKER WITH YOU!  You cannot take what you want and leave the rest and you cannot use the onsite dumpster or reuse area.  YOU MUST TAKE IT ALL WITH YOU!  Anyone caught using the reuse area, the onsite dumpster, or not completely clearing the whole locker will not be allowed to bid at future auctions.  These auctions are held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month and always start at Mendenhall and Winchester at 9am.

None of the Memphis locations charge sales tax, but the one location we go to in Southaven does.  Again, there is NO BUYER'S PREMIUM.....what you bid is what you pay.....except for Southaven!

There is NO PROXY BIDDING!  You MUST BE PRESENT TO BID!
