U-Haul Storage Locker Auctions

We will start at the U-Haul at 3561 Mendenhall and will travel to several locations to sell all of the defaulted lockers at each location.  We typically travel to 7-8 locations and typically have about 30 lockers each auction day.  All of these lockers will sell ABSOLUTE, REGARDLESS OF PRICE!  There is NO BUYER'S PREMIUM!  The ONLY additional costs are if we go to Southaven.....they charge sales tax.  None of the Memphis locations charge sales tax.  WHAT YOU BID IS WHAT  YOU PAY.....plus tax in MS only!  

We start at 9am.  Get there a little early to sign in for your number.  You MUST be present to bid.  

You typically have 24 hours to clean out the lockers, or you can make arrangements to rent the locker itself.  If you purchase more than one locker, purchase lockers at more than one location, or purchase a large locker, you MAY be allowed additional time to clear the locker out.  Additional time is solely at the descretion of U-Haul and will need to be determined before you bid.....we have a U-Haul Rep with us during the sale.  If you purchase a locker, you MUST clean out the WHOLE locker.  DO NOT USE THE ONSITE DUMPSTERS OR RE-USE AREAS.  Everything you buy must go with you.  Anyone caught leaving items, using the dumpsters, or filling up the re-use areas may be banned from future auctions.
