East Memphis Estate Sale Walnut Grove/Perkins Area sat morn start time at 10:30 am

We have a new policy regarding phone call inquiries about the pricing of items and whether items in the estate are still present during the estate sale.  We simply cannot handle the telephone traffic due to the volumes of interests. Thus, you will have to attend the sale to see the prices and if your preferred item is still available during the estate sale weekend. This way, we can focus on the customers present at the sale and during the sale. You need to consider utilizing our bid sheets at our sales. Bid sheets are considered commitments to purchase if awarded.  

Great sale with something for everyone.  Two vehicles for sale as well!  2006 Volvo XC90 AWD 4 Dr SUV with 74,000 miles and  1997 Subaru Outback Legacy AWD 4 Dr with 82,000 miles.  House is overflowing with beautiful furnishings including mid century dining room by Stanley, several upholstered loveseats and occasional chairs and tables, desks, shelving, 2 king beds and set of twin beds, etc.  We have an abundance of pottery, jewelry, linens, clothing (ladies size 8-10 and mens 40L mostly), shoes (ladies size 9), all types of books, children's toys (including a nice dollhouse with furnishings), stationery items, and kitchen packed, collector plates, lamps, and Christmas.  Patio full as well as carport.  Parking will be limited in cove but we will have a golf cart running shuttle.
