Everything sold AS IS. Parking will be in lot across the street. Security on site. Buyer must wrap and load all purchases and is responsible for items once they are paid for. All guns, knives, signs, money, jewelry removed nightly to off site vault for safety. All items sold as is, where is, with no written or implied guarantees. No large hand bags or purses. Children must be accompanied by an adult. No credit cards. Out of town buyers or those unknown to sales personnel, paying by check, must present a bank letter of credit. AGAIN, buyers are responsible for wrapping, loading, and hauling their purchases. Boxes and wrapping paper will be provided. Announcements day of sale take precedence over all other advertising.
