Great house and great location in East Memphis.  Two story (4 BD) house (3200 sq. ft.) full of furniture, china, crystal, art,  silver, jewelry and much much more (the attic is piled up with boxes).

Attic will not be accessible..everything has been brought down to a bedroom inside the house
