This morning, we uncovered a large Orgill Brothers/Memphis antique corn grinder from the late 1800s that was in the basement.

Extraordinary Estate Sale in home built in 1895 near the Hunt Phelan home.  Home has been in the same family since 1895. This fabulous historical home (which also includes a two story servants' quarters home in the back) will be for sale during the estate sale!

Sunday, we are open at 11 am, instead of 9 am. And on Monday & Tuesday, we open at 10 am. Sorry for the small error in our Commercial Appeal Home & Garden article.

We have secured the parking lot at the southwest corner of Linden & S. Lauderdale for the entire 4 days of the sale.  This property belongs to Mt. Olive Cathedral church; their only request is to not park on Sunday until after 1 PM.  It will hold aprox. 100 cars.  You can also park on Linden, but please do not park at the credit union or any other lots in the area. Parking on S. Lauderdale is not permitted by the City of Memphis. And we would appreciate no one parking on Pontotoc as this will be for employees. Loading only directly in front of the house, please.

We have secured a rental restroom unit for the sale.

Also, we will only be able to allow aprox. 50-60 customers at a time. If we have an enormous line, we will be opening early to try to accomodate those in line; so please be patient with us.

We will have an armed guard for this sale.
