All items are sold as-is and preview is recommended on all items of interest:
No warranties or guarantees expressed or implied by Treasures Galore Auction Company. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect all items prior to bidding. We have attempted to provide accurate descriptions of all items. However, the bidder is responsible to determine the condition of all items of interest. Printed statements or descriptions by Treasures Galore are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion Only.

If video is provided, this does not indicate the working condition. Video shows an item running, turning on, etc. Inspect all items of interest prior to sale on dates listed for previewing.

Buyer’s premium and sales tax applied:
15% Buyers premium with a cap of $5,000 per item will be added to final bid on all items. After $5,000 is reached, 10% applies. There is a $10 charge limit on any item under $100. There is an extra 3% charge if paying with Credit Card. Other options are available, cash, certified bank check, or bank wire. All must be guaranteed by credit card.

TN Sales Tax of 9.50% applies to all items unless a proper Farm Exempt Card (proof of card required or on file in website) or Resale Certificate (proof is required or on file in website) acceptable to the State of TN is shown at time of pickup. No Exceptions.

All invoices over $2,500 must be paid via Bank Wire Transfer, Certified Bank Check with Valid ID or Cash guaranteed by Credit Card on file. Unless other arrangements are made with Sandra Brown, Treasures Galore Auction Company owner. No Exceptions.

All sales are final. If video showing equipment operable, this only shows the equipment at the time; You should inspect all items in person prior to bidding. We do not guarantee hours, mileage, year, make, or model on any equipment, vehicle, boats, ATV, etc. All listing's showing meter or odometer is what is on the equipment, this is not a guarantee from Treasures Galore.
Bidders are responsible for all bids placed on your account. No bids will be retracted, even if accidentally placed, make sure before placing your bid, it is the item you intend bidding on.

Titles:
Vehicles titles will be mailed to new owner within 30 days of payment. No titles will be given out at auction pickup regardless of payment.

ATVs, Trailers, Campers, etc., with "Title" listed in the item description will accompany item, otherwise, you will receive a bill of sale.
Name of registered buyer will be placed on Title at pickup. The buyer is responsible for paying any required sales tax at your local registrar office.

Non-Payments:
The bidder shall assume all court costs associated with collection of payment in court. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Hardeman County, TN. If items are not paid for on specified pickup date, Treasures Galore Auction Company has the authority to charge Credit Card on file for any outstanding invoices plus all storage fees.

Sellers:
Sellers are contractually prohibited from bidding on lots they have consigned to an auction.

Soft Close:
All of our auctions are scheduled soft close, e.g., a bid placed within the last (2) minutes of closing the time automatically resets to an additional (2) minutes and continues until bidding stops.

Stagger Close:
All of our auction features a stagger close; items end in several second increments. Larger auction may have a different stagger time amount. Our auction normally will start to end at 7pm, meaning all lots staggered end after 7pm. So, for example, if the first lot ends at 7:00:00, and the stagger is set on 20 second intervals, lot 1 will end at 7:00:00, lot 2 will end at 7:00:20, lot 3 will end at 7:00:40 and so on and so forth until all lot have closed. Note: Bidding can extend on a lot if a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the item ending due to the soft close feature.

Pickup:
All purchased items must be picked up and paid for on the specified day and time, No Exceptions. Prepare to pay and pick up items on days listed before you place your bid. Please call our office if you have any questions regarding the pickup times and location (662) 872-2524. Items not picked up on designated days, or other arrangements made prior to the end of auction will incur a $25 per day storage fee.

Seller Approval:
Sell have the right to place a cap on what is a fair market price on an item or items being sold, meaning the seller will approve of the bid or not. The auctioneer reserves the right to bid on behalf of the seller. The buyer assumes full responsibility of property once the item is declared sold.

Risk of Loss:
Buyer agrees to obtain full liability insurance coverage for their items as may be required by law.

Shipping:
Small items only can be shipped. You must call office if you require shipping to pay with Credit Card, even if you have care on file. Call (662) 872-2524. Items will be turned over to a third-party shipping company, or you can arrange a third-party shipping company to pick up your items, arrangement must be made by registered bidder. Large items will not have a shipping option.

Abandoned Items:
Any item paid for and not picked up within 30 days is considered abandoned and will be resold to pay for storage fees.

Software, Bidding, Platform, Internet Connection Issues:
Treasures Galore Auction Company is not responsible for any software, bidding platform, or internet connection issues. The auction company does have the authority to pause, delay, or remove an auction or item at any time deemed necessary.

Bidding Contract:
Bids placed on your behalf in your account is a legal, binding contract. You are responsible for any bids placed. No bids will be retracted.

Payments Options:
All Credit Cards accepted, Bank Wires, Certified Bank Checks, & Cash with guaranteed Credit Card on file.

Pickup Instruction:
Pickup Rules Any items paid for and not removed within 30 days will be considered abandoned, therefore resold due to incurred storage fees. Please see details for scheduled pickup dates and times. If you require assistance regarding this matter, please contact Treasures Galore at (662) 872-2524.

Treasures Galore Auction Company Rules Our auctions have scheduled pickup times and dates once the bidder wins, they will need to schedule a pickup time and date. If other arrangements are needed, please contact us prior to the end of auction.

Parking Designated Parking will be marked. Parking and turn around space are limited close to the house. We ask you to park in large, designated area. Signs posted will instruct and direct you to the house to pick up small items. For furniture, gun safes or other heavy items we suggest you should schedule a time and date you will come once bidding closes. Once you arrived, park in marked area and walk up to house about 200 feet or call us once you arrive. We will direct you at that time when you can drive up to make the pickup.

Anyone other than bidder picking up item must fill our form on our website in order to pick up items.

Bring help to load and a dolly for large items.

Treasures Galore is Not Responsible for any accidents or bodily injury or any damage that may occur to purchased items.
