We accept cash, local checks with proper ID, and most cards. All items are sold with an 8% buyer's premium, with a 3% discount given for payment by check or cash. All items are sold as-is, where-is with no guarantees expressed or implied. All sales are final. All items should be removed immediately following the auction. Large items that you need to come back to pick up should be picked up Sunday following the auction between 1-5. Items left past Sunday, without prior arrangements, will incur storage fees of $5 per day per item. Items not picked up by the next auction will be considered abandoned and will be resold for storage fees. Acceptance of a bidding number and/or bidding at this auction is acknowledgement that you accept these terms and conditions. Bring help to load large items.
