We WILL NOT have staff available for the removal and loading of large items. They will only be removed at the end of each day's sale to avoid unnecessary congestion within the home. It is your responsibility to make sure all of your purchases are removed from the property within two hours of the sales closing on its final day.

Please, take note of the following details:

1) We have "HOLD” areas available to save your purchases. Please, see an associate for assistance. Once reserved, understand that you have made a commitment to that purchase at the current sale price. Please, don’t fill the hold area waiting for an additional discount. If not committed, please, leave the item available for another customer.

2) All of our items are SOLD AS IS, NO REFUNDS. It is your responsibility to fully inspect everything before purchasing. We cannot guarantee that battery operated or electric items are operational. However, a sales associate will be happy to assist with any necessary testing, if available.

3) We will open the doors at the advertised time and not before. There will be no numbers issued for this sale.

4) If you choose not to purchase an item, please give it to an employee so they may put it back where it belongs.

5) Out of respect for the homeowners, food and drinks are not allowed in the home. Smoking is not allowed on the property.

9) There are no pre-sales or prices given before sales. We want everyone to have the same opportunity at finding the best treasures.

10) Enter at your own risk and use caution walking on the property.

11) Out of respect to the property owners, no public restrooms provided.

12) We will have limited wrapping materials, bags and boxes available. However, we would suggest bringing your own.
