For all other vehicle purchases (credit card, check), title will be held by Covington Realty & Auction and will be given to buyer once payment is received (funds have cleared). A Bill of Sale will be given, day of sale, on all vehicle purchases.
Not responsible for accidents. No large bags or strollers allowed. No food or drink allowed in home. Security will be present during sale. Good check (with ID), cash and credit cards (fees apply) accepted. All sales final. Must show paid receipt upon leaving. Bring help to load large items, limited staff working for tips to help load.
