This is one home I was hoping we could open the doors to, but we realize we can't because of the quarantine.  We are incompliance doing an online estate sale because we are doing porch pickup and not having a congregation.  You must pay with a credit card and make an appt to get the address.  We are doing these in 15 min. increments so you won't have contact with anyone.  We are just trying to keep everyone safe. Plus, you can get some of the same things you need with us that the big box stores have, just not the price or the crowds

We are doing this sale in several small sales so we all don't get overwhelmed.  The first wave will be some very nice furniture some unique items and some whatnots and of course locks and more locks.  We will be having vintage toys, vintage clothing, lots and lots of tools, hand trucks, power tools, drills, lathes, china, crystal, linens, baskets, small trailer, garden tools, more and more locks, books and everything in between at future sales.  We are going to try to run a sale for 3 days, every 3 days til we get done.  The homeowners have until April 28.  So get ready to see some amazing items.

The same rules apply at this sale as the last one.  Here it is to refresh your memory.

This is an online ONLY sale, there will be NO onsite shopping. 

All pictures will be up Friday night so you can ask questions etc, prices uploaded as well. (in caption of photo  can use the lot numbers we have provided on most photos)..you can start buying Saturday at 8am.  If you click on the buy button it will email me you are interested in the item. I will not give out prices earlier or take requests for purchase sooner than outlined. There will be discounts as we go along during the week   

You must email or text me and let me know which item(s) you want....please do not call me or use Facebook. Picture or lot numbers are a must. I simply will have too many requests to answer at one time. This is FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE. I will attempt to update site as items sell.  Please be patient as there will be several people trying to contact me at once.

After payment I will also set up a time with you to pick-up your items. Address will be provided then. We stagger times during the hours listed as best we can to minimize contact and ensure social distancing guidelines. You must bring your own help to move items. We will not have enough staff to help you. OR as you all know, we have a guy that delivers for a reasonable fee
