*Seller and Premier Estate Auctions are not liable for any damage and or injuries to persons and properties in the home/business or outside the home/business.
*You will need to haul your own items. We are not responsible to assist moving heavy items for you
*A hold area is available, please be certain you want items before placing them on hold- this is a commitment- you put on hold, you bought it.
*All valuables are removed from the site and brought in the morning of sale.
*Backpacks, large purses and bags are not allowed. Should you bring them, you will be asked to leave them in your vehicle. Empty boxes are ok.

*Please respect all parking signs. Respect the neighbors and please don't park on their lawns, block any driveways or fire hydrants. Not responsible for accidents.

This sale has a lot of antique goods in it such as decorations, silver, dinner ware, furniture. The desk is very cool and made of solid mahogany The sofa with ottoman is mid century modern style and is in mint condition. This is a very clean sale with no trashy items and a lot to be enjoyed!
All items are in good condition and can be used once purchased.
