    Don’t miss these sales!  It’s going to be three days of great shopping.  We are conducting a three day sale in the Nipper’s Corner area and a one day sale right off of Hwy 70 just down from Belle Meade.

     Our three day sale is being conducted for the children of the late Joe Mansfield.  Mr. Mansfield was Capitol-Nashville VP of Marketing and Sales and most noted for being country music star Garth Brooks’ promoter.  He spent time working at CEMA, CBS and BMG.  He was later dubbed “the Six Million Pieces Man”, recognizing his contribution to the Garth phenomenon.  Thru out his career he worked with many stars and entertainers.

     Mr. Mansfield’s home is located in a condominium community with extremely limited parking.  In fact there are less than 20 spaces for guests in this community.  Drop off for shopping is acceptable however you will be ticketed immediately for blocking anyone’s drive for any reason even if you are only gonna drop in for a minute.  Great solution…there is a pedestrian gate only 2/10ths of a mile from our sale site.  It’s all very level and that’s a short walk.  Kroger’s parking lot leads to that gate…enter…walk…take a right and then a left.  Watch for our signs.

     The inventory is immense…these listed items are only a fraction of what’s available.

     Shop for a nearly new bicycle, a Teeter inversion table, power washer, a table saw and an air compressor as well as tools and other garage items galore!  Most kitchen items have been moved to the garage due to lack of space.

     Our sale features a huge collection of Garth Brooks’ memorabilia, cassettes, unopened albums by Aerosmith, Bruce Springsteen, Jewel Toto, Santana and Elvis Costello.  We are also selling a rare book signed by Johnny Cash, Man in Black.

     His art collection is extensive!  Selling original signed art by Cusson Clayton, Steve Wariner, Ernie Howard, Charles Osten, some art photography, art by Victoria Kryah, Hanhepi Mani, and Ernie Howard.

     Take a look at our collection of reel to reel tapes, one set includes the Kennedy Assignation.  And for the sports collector enthusiast you can purchase a Bull Durham promotional baseball signed by Joe Cocker.  Also selling a few other signed baseballs.  Lastly the lower level features basement items for you “diggers”.
