This is a very fine Estate Sale!  This was the home of Porter Wagoner and his son Richard. It is truly like being in several museums!  Due to the volume I will be doing this in a 2 part series (possibly 3 part)  This is a gated home and I will not be opening the gate until 6:30 am the morning of the sale. Police will be on site to guide you as to where to park

PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY TO THE FOLLOWING:

A numbering system will be in place.  25 people at a time will be allowed to enter the home.  I will hand numbers out at 6:30 am 

Camping overnight will NOT be permitted at this sale

MY STAFF WILL NOT BE LOADING ITEMS PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY AND BRING HELP

ABSOLUTELY NO  BACKPACKS OR PURSES OF ANY SORT CLEAR BAGS ONLY 

Absolutely NO PHOTOGRAPHS are to be taken inside of the home

FIREARMS WILL ONLY BE SOLD TO PEOPLE WITH A VALID TENNESSEE DRIVERS LICENSE NO OUT OF STATE FIREARMS SALES

This is the sale of a lifetime and I want everyone to enjoy it but I will have police officers onsite to escort people out who can't follow the rules.
