Dr. Holloway's Estate Sales
Description & Details
Dr. Holloway's Estate Sales is very pleased to present the downsizing/estate sale of a prominent Nashville physician and his lovely wife. After thirty-five years in this 5,000 sq ft home in a park-like setting it is time to downsize and move into retirement.
While they are taking many things with them, what they have entrusted to us to sell on their behalf is a lovely array of furniture, antiques, artwork and treasures.
First, there are a couple of caveats:
Please Be Aware and Plan Accordingly: there are many, many steps both up to the house and in the house -and a long driveway. Plenty of parking on the street. Please leave drive for handicapped and loading. If you cannot climb stairs this is not the sale for you.
Much of the furniture is of a grand size so please plan to have several extra hands to help move, or hire a mover.
The furniture must be lifted, not dragged. There are marble floors in much of the house and we must protect them from being damaged by dragging furniture.
