Items MUST be removed from premises by close of sale. Please be prepared to remove your furniture and appliances upon purchase! Bring your own tools. Statements made day of sale take precedence over posted advertisements. Occasionally items must be withdrawn from a sale beforehand. If that happens we will attempt to edit listing before sale. Upon entering Georgetown from Hillsboro Road turn right at the fountain then left to access this condo. please park in public spaces, not residents' private spaces behind the condos. Follow signs.

One-day only sale due to rules of the neighborhood association. Come prepared to buy! and remove furniture that day!
