Santa Claus has already come and gone at this home in Green Hills.  There are thousands of items here…all ready to be wrapped and placed under your favorite Christmas tree.  Come prepared to shop and shop and shop…sorry, no gift wrapping available.

This sale is one of our high end sales…finest of the fine on most items.  So…we’ve done our very best to mark these high end items at affordable prices.

Our sale also features a club chair with ottoman, a beautiful wing back chair covered in a fine silk damask, silver plate items, great brand new stocking stuffer items, hundreds of books, some rare, some signed, a collection of LPs and 45s, some rare, marble urns, marble top chest of drawers, mirrors, a sofa table, handsome inlay armoire, large oriental rugs, outdoor statuary, Roseville pottery, Tiffany bowl, and a large selection of Case Stone kitchen pottery.

We have an amazing collection of ladies necklaces, earrings, bracelets, pins, brooches and belts.  These pieces are nice…expensive, yet priced affordably.  Our fine jewelry is beautiful…want to see it (or try it on?) you must have a driver’s license and major credit card on hand and we’ll hold it for you while browsing.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  Costume jewelry including sterling pieces have fixed pricing.  How easy is that?

We’re looking to seeing all of you!  This home is small and there is barely enough room for my staff to get around in…so…during early hours of the sale each morning only 12 – 15 persons will be allowed in at a time.  There may be a short wait.  Your patience is needed and appreciated.

Also, there is to be no parking within this condo community.  You’ll need to park on the street.  DO NOT drive past brick entrance columns or you will be towed immediately.

You will not be allowed to enter wearing a large coat or jacket.  You cannot bring bags, backpacks, or pocketbooks into this sale.  NO EXCEPTIONS, sorry.

Lastly – theft is becoming an ongoing problem at my sales.  Hundreds and hundreds of dollars in goods have been stolen this year, especially since August.  Help me PLEASE!!  If you see someone acting suspicious, actually taking something without paying, changing prices on items, please notify the manager on duty or myself conveniently for you and I can prevent this…right is right and well…wrong is just wrong.  There is no room for thieves at my sales.  Shoplifters will be and have been prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law – no questions.
