This Forest Hills home was occupied by this prominent Nashville business owning family for more than five decades and contains multiple generations of personal possessions, dating back to the 1840s. Items will include antebellum, Victorian, Art Deco, Mid-Century Modern and more. 
 
The antique Chickering concert grand piano will be priced to sell. The only caveat is that you will be required to hire professional piano movers such as Seale Keyworks to have the piano professionally taken out of the house.

House is located at the top of a cul-de-sac with a steep driveway. You must be able to walk up and down the steep driveway. Only one vehicle at a time will be permitted in the driveway to load. Please be kind to the neighbors and do not block mail boxes or driveways. Roadway will be narrow and street drops off. Use care and caution when parking. Think about carpooling. Be kind in sharing the roadway.  

Leave the driveway for loading, drop off and pick-up.
