Our Workers Comp insurer forbids us to lift items heavier than 30 pounds, so please be sure to bring plenty of strong backs and arms to move and load heavier items. **Also: Our client has a 40-foot long, 3-foot wide wooden ramp leading up to the front door from the driveway. It is one of the best-built ramps we've ever seen: featuring heavy-duty construction, metal treads and high-quality pressure-treated and professionally-stained lumber. It is looking for a new owner and a loving new home. If you're looking for some inexpensive (i.e., free!) lumber or are considering adding a ramp to a home, shed or other building--or perhaps building a little bridge over the creek in your back yard--then bring your drill, reciprocating saw and a couple of friends and have at it! First person to agree to removing the entire structure by or before 3:00 PM on Saturday, March 24 (including footings) gets it for free! The treads and railings can literally be unscrewed via a drill--no demolition needed! See Randy or Kathy at the sale.
